Love the new decor and outside seating

Nice to be able to sit outside now that its cooler. But the remodel in the bar and dining room are nice too. We ordered off the bar menu and loved the fish dishes- salmon and halibut were cooked perfectly.

My wife and I had one of our best meals this year at Solano's. The food was perfectly cooked, perfectly seasoned, and proportioned. Moderately priced and adequate service. Walking distance from Embassy Suites too.

We went to Old Town La Quinta to eat when staying in the area and had a great meal/time at Solano's. We had reservations but ended up just sitting in the bar area which was more lively, had a good ambiance and because they had a great summer happy hour menu of choices (food/drinks). The beer was cold and the... More

Went for their summer special..$25 for a glass of wine, appetizer or salad and entree. Had shrimp with fettuccine, and Cesar salad.. Both delicious and the wine quite nice. Great service. Only change we would make is a bit more light in the restaurant.

Wonderful menu and friendly, attentive service makes this a perfect spot for lunch or dinner. The patio is especially delightful if you are here when the weather is warm.

We had a nice experience here. The service was impeccable. The food was tasty. The bread was really fresh and delicious. I had the roasted beet salad with stuffed chicken. They were both very good and I highly recommend both. Other guests had the braised short ribs and the salmon. Nobody had any complaints. Kudos to a great job Solano's!

Great food choices and wonderful service.Save room for dessert. Make sure you reserve an outdoor table, but wait for the sun to go behind the buildings!

The original Solano's was a tiny but charming place with great food and personal, attentive service. This cavernous new place is nothing like the old restaurant. It is large, noisy, nobody on staff recognizes you though you have supported the restaurant for years. And the menu seems to be designed by some anonymous consultant. Gone are the charming personal touches... More

Amazing food, cozy and charming. The staff is there for you and knows food. We had the Bruschetta, Brie & Raspberry quesadilla, Caesar salad, pesto pasta, creme brule ... All was off the hook, even just their house Cabernet. Love this place!!
