After years of passing this restaurant we decided to stop in for lunch today and what a wonderful experience it was! La Brasserie truly brings a taste of France to the desert. Having recently returned from a vacation in Paris we were pleased to see the menu filled with regional flavors and dishes. I had the French Onion soup (excellent!)... More

Mussels stacked up high, wallowing in a steamy little sea of garlic butter. Shoestring fries sprinkled with flakes of parmesan cheese. A nice chilled sauvignon blanc. Dry desert air and a shady patio. Attentive friendly service. I thought I had died and gone to heaven. It wasn't just because of all of the above mentioned desirables in a dining experience----it... We went there on 7/14/2014 - Bastille Day- and before on Father's Day 6/15/2014 with my sister and her husband. When I made reservations for 7/14/2014, the lady said "I remember you, will it be again for 4 people" and I told her that my sister returned to Germany. I was amazed of her memory. Everything was outstanding, the food,... More

What a great French restaurant in the middle of the desert - I was pleasantly surprised! Started off with a Beet Salad and an order of Escargot Bourgogne which was amazing! I had the Hangar Steak Salad which was also very good. The staff was friendly and attentive and the Pineapple and Melon Mojito's weren't bad either!

This gem is not to be missed. Delicious food, and great service. We loved the bartender--and returned for delicious food and cocktails since he was so charming.

Restaurant has been here a few years. Atmosphere is very nice, service was excellent. Back patio had to many flies, made it annoying. Short Ribs very different but good. Bistro Fries outstanding. Wienerschnitzel was a bit to bready and fried to much. Deserts made fresh. Would try other items next time.

Stopped here for appetizers. Had French wine with Duck tacos, Mussels and shallots as well as beets with goat cheese. Was very tasty. The Goat cheese was smooth and the best that I had ever tasted. bartender was very friendly and attentive. Was quite crowded so would recommend reservations which can be done on their website.

We have been remiss in not having previously reviewed La Brasserie. We have been regulars since they opened a couple years ago, and have enjoyed every delicious meal. The somewhat casual and very comfortable atmosphere is perfect for the regional French cuisine. In fact, it is "French Comfort Food." Last night for dinner I had Alsatian Sauerkraut with bacon, smoked... More

Three couples, with a reservation, met for lunch and sat outside on the patio. The third couple was late, but the server was very patient and did not press the rest of us to order and get things moving. The food was delicious and very well presented. The veggie crepe was outstanding. Staff was very friendly and efficient.

We ate here the other night and had some excellent seafood. Nice decor inside and also outside seating. Ordered the "La Petit" seafood platter--which had several different kinds of Oysters, jumbo shrimp, king crab, clams, and mussels. Maybe a few too many mussels and not enough of the other seafood on the platter. Otherwise, very delicious.
