Good eats, especially during happy hour

Loved the vibrant bar scene and wonderful food. The 3 of us had an array of appetizers which we shared and enjoyed the special cocktails.

Had reservations for the patio which offers a unique mountain view. Although the restaurant was very busy our service was excellent. The wine list was fairly extenive. We ordered prime rib and stuffed shrimp, both were perfect. Overall dining at the Cliffhouse was pleasant though somewhat expensive. They offer free vallet parking. The only negative was that my coffee was... More

We had been to this restaurant in the past on trips to Indian Wells and had been at least satisfied with our meals and the service. On our last visit, however we were terribly disappointed to say the very least. Our server was very nice and helped us choose our wine. That is about the only thing good I can... More

We arrived on time for our 5:45 reservation with my 91 year old mother. The hostess takes us to a table near the window looking directly into the sun and way too close to another table. When I requested a different table, the hostess (with a skirt that was about 18" above her knees) responded that she thought the other... More

The place is packed this time of year. Good menu options and wine menu was discounted last night. I ordered salmon it was chargrilled and delicious, friends ordered ribs that were equally delicious and the duck I here was very well prepared. We had a nice table outside, staff were attentive and we overdressed, really casual although menu prices were... More

Awesome as always. A favourite when we are on holidays. Celebrated a birthday and as usual didn't disappoint.

The ambiance gets a full 6 stars. The waiter was personable and accomodating. The Early Bird special choices are adequate but each entree was a bit overcooked. The house wine was very nice and dining against the mountainside was a beautiful and unique experience. However the flies were abundant and you might want to choose a table under a fan... More

I have been going to this restaurant while visitong Palm Springs for years. It seems it's never lost its popularity. It's a bit of a challenge to get a seat on the patio (even in 100 degree heat when I was there last) but it's defintitely worth the wait. Minors can be in the bar & on patio which is... More

We had a seven o' clock reservation, which we made online only a couple of days prior. The restaurant was a bit loud and we couldn't get a table with a view, but we came for the food! All guests in our party thoroughly enjoyed their meals and the service was excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend this restaurant... More
