good variety on menu and ambience

very good food and ambience. Always clean and inviting. I like the new menu which is much more compact than the previous "book" menu. Service is iffy. Sometimes I get great service, sometimes its like hailing a cab. Especially like the tomato basil soup and creme brulee. Havent' had... read more

I am staying in the Buena Park, CA. area and found this restaurant by a colleague's advice. Excellent decor, Great food and good beer. I had the the Macau soup with Salmon and Goose Island IPA, excellent pairing!!!! Recommend and will be back soon.

We use to love going to the Elphant Bar for dinner a few times a month, now mabe once every two or three months. Their menu has shrunk way down eliminating most of the dishes we like. Most of the time the food is good, however sometimes it doesn't meet the mark. Service is fine and prices are ok. They... More

An excellent place to eat - but the service is "tired", The Elephant Bar was the place on my trip that had the most disinterested staff. But you just have something to eat then this is an OK place.

This place is pretty awesome. Good service and attention to the customer. I went here twice, once I ordered a wedge salad and it was great. The next time I ordered a steak and it was cooked perfectly, service was still good, not great but good this time. I would recommend this place, Great food good service.

A little slow to be seated without much communication from the hostess. Turns out they were arranging three tables but even that shouldn't have taken that long. Just a bit more information about why we were waiting would have been nice. A nice selection of Asian and American food - for example, several stir fry type of dishes, a variety... More

I enjoy going to this restaurant because of diverse menu items. My siblings like Asian food and this place has some Asian fusion selected items as well as Mexican tacos. Price and service is also nice.

Food was very good. Attended preformance earlier in day with another couple. When we talked about where to eat both of us thought about elephant bar. Would recommend to anyone. They no longer homered old rewards program but waitress explained that the company was recently bought by another company. New company do not change menu.
