Visiting in the San Diego area our host took us out to Casa de Pico for a Mexican dinner. What fun! There are live musicians strolling around, the service staff was exceptionally gracious and charming, and the food just scrumptious. I should mention our party included a toddler but the waitress was pleased to serve our little one as well.... More

Came here for lunch during my trip and was seated on their very nice, secluded outdoor patio. The salsa was absolutely amazing. Had I not felt bad, I would've just ordered a quesadilla and devoured chips and salsa for lunch. Since guilty conscious forced me to order I had the chicken fajitas. The chicken was real chicken (not the pre... More

I've been here a few times over the last several years, but have been away for a while. When my group couldn't decide where to go for dinner, I said OK, I'll have to take you to my favorite Mexican restaurant. It didn't take them long to realize why it rates real high with me. The chips were warm and... More

I was in town on business and this place was recommended. I know everybody's experiences can be different, but I found it to be just your average Mexican restaurant. Nothing made me say "I would come back again." However, the Margaritas are good.

I have high standards for Mexican food and I would advise anyone who appreciates good Mexican food to pick an alternate location. Their food is not bad but a bit pricey and not what I would call a fair value. We were with a group that wanted to try Casa De Pico rather than one of the other Mexican eateries... More

After two visits to Casa de Pico, I have to say it is great. Not really authentic Mexican, but it's delicious all the same! Great atmosphere for group bookings and the drinks are good too. Love the decor. Will be going back again, that's for sure!

This restaurant has improved over the past few years and now consistently delivers good food at fair prices. The outdoor patio is colorful, fairly quiet and somewhat private with attractive foliage all around. The guacamole is always great, as are the chips and salsa. Good chile rellenos. The servers are in costume and always friendly and professional.

I have eaten at Casa de Pico literally over 100 times over many years. I have never been disappointed with the mood, food, service or overall charm. My wife loves it! Our now adult children look forward to a meal there when they come visiting. The overall ambiance is wonderful. The food is excellent. The place operates like a well... More

We have been coming here for years. We introduce new friends to this great experience with extensive menu and comfortable, inviting atmosphere. The staff is helpful and warm. Everyone we've introduced love it and rave about it when we return to Hawaii. Even with my new restricted diet, there are still options for me! What a treat that I don't... More

I've visited Casa de Pico on & off for 22 years, before they moved to their current location. Every time I've been stationed here, and every time I've visited, it's a required visit!
