With so many different dining choices in the La Jolla and San Diego area Red Lobster wasn't our first choice but we were so glad we went. It's beautiful inside with heavy timbers in the rafters and high ceilings. Our server was one of the best I've ever had. She was excellent and went above and beyond to see if... More

I hadn't been to a Red Lobster over 14 years because I'm not big on sea food and neither is my wife... We do however like crab, lobster and shrimp... So we saw an ad on TV about endless shrimp and since my wife had a birthday coming up, she decided to try that...When we arrived we were greeted at... More

Stopping here to eat when in san diego is always a treat. The staff has always been wonderful and filled with smiles. The atmosphere is light and peaceful. Great kids menu as well as a refreshing drink menu for the adults. I like to sit by the Windows on the clear nice days.

I have never written a negative review for a restaurant but this experience warrented one.My family and I had a celebritory lunch for my daughter's graduation and it was horrible. The food was way overpriced, not well prepared and about the time they brought the live lobster to the table my daughter freaked out. What a memory.....would they bring you the live... the food was ok at best, crab stuffed lobster overcooked and ok at best, salad was nothing special, the shrimp skewers were ok at best but so small that for the price and portion size it is horrible value and on top of it we had to wait to be overcharged, much better places in San Diego for better value,... This Red Lobster has been around for a very long time. It has been great and not so great over the years. On the positive side they usually have pretty good food and consistent with other Red Lobster Restaurants. On the down side...I have actually been there when they were out of Australian Lobster tails and the fresh fish listed... More

Like all Red Lobsters - over-priced, boring, crowded (though, why exactly, I cannot figure out.) Go to Anthony's or The Brigantine, instead.

First time to this chain. Better then expected. Resonable price. Not healthy even for a fish house. Good service.

We had only eaten at a Red Lobster once before and had found it not very good, but a gift certificate prompted us to go back. We were pleasantly surprised and found the food to be very good and the service outstanding. We were greeted at the door by a smiling, friendly lady and shown to our table by another... More
