It always disappoints, I feel like Charley Brown to Red Lobster's Lucy: they always yank the great food football away at the last moment. The crab legs are rubbery, the lobster has lost the very subtle flavor and tastes like the inside of a baked fish stick. Even the butter is not buttery! We ate here a month ago; since we had to wait we thought that it would be nice, but no. We have eaten at several Red Lobsters before, but as we were taken to our table we noticed that the carpet, furnishings, etc., were very worn and outdated, which was not a good start.
