My coworker was pushing me to try this place for a long time, and I finally made it in for a coffee and scone, and I was impressed! I usually consider scones to be a dry, stale tasting pastry, but the blueberry scones at Brick and Bell are like nothing I've ever tasted. They are soft and delicious, bursting with... More

Perfect spot for a quick and healthy breakfast that won't break the bank. Scones looks gorgeous but didn't sample. Had the Acai bowl that was recommended here. Hubby had granola and daughters had croissant and bagel. All was delicious, quick, and healthy!

Brick and Bell consistently provides great food and service. The maple walnut scones are a fantastic treat and their coffee is top notch. This is definitely worth a stop if you are in the area for breakfast or an afternoon snack.

Peter the owner begins each day baking everything fresh. So go early when everything is just out of the oven, The Brazilian crew is lively and lovely. They have an excellent açaì bowl- real Brazialian açaì - and the granola they bake and add to it -- is amazing. The best granola ever.

I went to high school down the street from Brick & Bell and I used to stop here to get coffee and breakfast before class. They make very good flavored lattes such as vanilla lattes or gingerbread lattes. They make the drinks very quick. I could be in and out in 5-7 minutes. My absolute favorite thing about Brick &... We recently visited family in La Jolla and as we were walking the ocean beach, they asked what we wanted for breakfast! They pulled out their phone and placed the order. We finished our walk and drove to the cutest cafe where our order was waiting for us! The Acai Bowls were amazing! The scones were so delicious (especially the... More

A relative recommended this place to us since it opens earlier than our hotel begins serving breakfast. The service was friendly and it was great to see all the baked goods and pastries. We had a yummy breakfast bagel and tried a couple of scones -- a nice berry one and another with maple frosting. It was great eating outside... More

Nice cafe. Very good coffee and scones. It has a few seats inside but it's mainly outside seating. Walking distance of a lot of shops and boutiques.

Stopped by here for breakfast. A lovely spot with great service and some great freshly baked goods. A welcome shift away from the usual heavy American breakfasts, their croissants were delicious and home made granola outstanding. Very good value too!
