My husband and I walked into this restaurant on a Sunday afternoon, after a 15 min wait, we were seated on the outside patio area overlooking the water. It was beautiful! Tried to arrange a telephone booking. Never succeeeded, though. Most inefficient and rude personnel I have encountered in a while. Perhaps the food is good, but I shall never know. I gave up after being treated in a way that one would not even expect at a fast food joint. more

I have been to Brockton once for lunch and once for breakfast. Both were good meals ... service was a bit slow, but otherwise no complaints. more

Had a business dinner there last week and the service was excellent and everyone enjoyed their meals: most ordered 16oz ribeye and halibut. Only disappointment was limited dessert options. Epic Chowder could have used a little more zip. On another occassion I had brunch w/ girlfriends and it was wonderful and leisurely. I highly recommend for locals and out-of-towners alike.... more

My lobster was prepared very well as well as my date's risotto. The selling factor,however, is not the food but the intimate setting, fantastic views, and houseboat feel. Great place to go for Valentine's Day or an intimate birthday... but book well in advance or else you'll be eating at 4pm or 9pm. more
