We loved everything about this place. Dinner at Barbarella was a wonderful ending to a wonderful California day. Fodor's Guide gave Barbarella an excellent review, mentioning that it was reasonably priced, a cozy setting, and delicious, inventive ingreadients. We agree. We so enjoyed our Dec. outdoor lunch at Barbarella!! We could observe the sunny La Jolla Shores scene from the privacy of our cozy garden booth. When our waiter sensed I was chilly, he voluntarily brought a Mexican style throw to wear over my shoulders. The service was very friendly and our lunch...caesar salad and a vegetarian flat bread sandwich...... more
