Here for La Jolla Rough Water Swim. Enjoyed a great Lemon Freeze & Club sandwich. Bathrooms clean. Servers friendly and helpful. Servings plentiful and items fresh! View is great and restful. My third time at this event. Can always recommend this spot.

Love this quaint place that has 3 levels to look out at the ocean from! Wow. Great breakfast and lunch menu. Had really good breakfast sandwiches with great local coffee. Sat outside...couldn't ask for anything more.

We enjoyed a breakfast there where you can find lots of variaties and sandwiches. Also, they have good coffee and pastries. My friend and I loved this place.

It's clearly a local cafe that caters to an international crowd. The decor is a bit grungy, but functional. The desserts look great, but we did not try. Otherwise provides basic cafe food...sandwiches, salads, pastries, etc. Coffee is fine. Good wine happy hour price, but selection is not superb.

It was early in the morning and few restaurants were open for breakfast in the area, so we decided to give this place a shot. We ordered coffees, Croissant with egg & ham, and cream cheese lox bagel. The coffee was stunningly good, the croissant and bagel were excellent too, please see my pix. The atmosphere was great and relaxing.... More

Should have walked out when the worker taking our order was impatient (no one in line behind us), and acted like 4 literally capable adults were a pain in his hind end. We sat outside (the one plus is that they have outdoor dining). We were sitting at tables that were not cleared, or wiped off. We had to ask... More

After being convinced by the employee that the cake advertised as "Gluten Free" was infact Gluten Free, my gluten intolerant girlfriend decided it was worth a shot. Not 5 minutes later she was sick and throwing up. After confronting the employees about it they just kept simply saying "don't worry it 100% Gluten Free". Returning to their iPhone and refusing...
