So quaint and cute!

We spent a week in La Jolla recently and Harry's was within walking distance to our condo. We just loved everything about it. We only had breakfast but liked everything we ordered. The staff is very friendly and prompt. It takes you back to a slower time...very nostalgic.

Came to Harry's because of all the positive reviews on TripAdvisor. It's definitely an old place so it's nostalgic. Is it great? No. Do you HAVE to eat here if you're in La Jolla? No. Food was "eh." I had oatmeal pancakes, one son got the Superfecta, our other son got a grilled chicken sandwich, husband got bacon pancakes (a... More

Harry's has been there forever but it feels classic not dated (or dirty). It was really fun to have such an excellent breakfast there and watch the enjoyment of regulars and tourists alike.

Large menu. Ask your server for recommendations, they are happy to accommodate. Allow an hour for your meal from seat to check. Pricing is reasonable. Find a seat outside and enjoy the scenery of La Jolla. This is a hidden gem and worth your drive.

I have been to Harry's a couple times and what I really love is the true blue, American diner atmosphere it has. It has been a La Jolla staple for years and it's easy to see why. Good, comfort food cooked up right in front of you (if you are at the bar). I think the last time I was... More

Quaint dinner with a 60's vibe and excellent food with great service! Its a little off the main drag along the beach but well worth the 10 min walk.

We were recommended Harry's by the hotel staff at the Hyatt. It was a great choice. An old fashioned diner with great food. The granola was delicious and the portions generous. Great way to stRt the day!

Had two wonderful breakfasts on our trip last weekend. Crowded, but we got a table pretty quickly. A locals diner, but an easy walk from the hotel and shopping/tourist area.

I had the chicken salad sandwich which is served on raisin bread (I KNOW!) and it was sooooo good. What a great combo. The service is great. The ambiance is cafe. You just feel part of the neighborhood here.
