Decent food, good prices, famliy friendly, convenient location

Enjoyed the bison burger with side salad and son had a kid's cheeseburger with fries. My burger was undercooked a little and I'd have sent it back had I noticed sooner, but it's so dark inside it was hard to tell. That being said, I didn't get sick and it tasted great. Service was attentive but... read more

Nice location and very cozy inside. We like the addition of the fire in the fire place to counteract the ocean breeze from outside. The burger was average. The

A nice rustic pub. I had great French Onion soup and Garlic bread. The Salads were very large too, A great place on the main street in La Jolla.

We had a large group of adults and kids and the menu had something for everyone. We wouldn't race back but were not disappointed we tried it.

Our first night in La Jolla and wanted something a little more casual than what we were getting by staying across the street at La Valencia Hotel. We had a great salad and awesome deep dish pizza. The food was excellent, service just right, a nice casual atmosphere, ambience and crowd. Just what we were wanting.

We were in La Jolla shopping and decided we wanted pizza and found this place. Pizza was good. Restaurant is very casual with friendly staff. Sizes are generous with 2 mediums more than enough to feed the four of us for lunch.

Stumbled upon this place on a Thursday Happy Hour - excellent appetisers which were half price! They had a decent selection to the beers and they were priced reasonably at $5 during happy hour. Service was attentive, but could have been a bit friendlier - all in all very worthwhile on happy hour.

Unexpectedly quiet environment. The staff accommodated our sport preference on the bar tv. The menu was quite extensive and offered good salads and tacos, even a bison burger. Recommend the Winter Salad. Classic rock music playing with various sports showing on a number of tv's. Nice couples place or good to meet friends.

IT's a good location in a bit of pricey area, for restaurants. It's a very casual burger, pizza type of place and nothing fancy. The waitress I had couldn't have been sweeter, I wasn't feeling well that day and she was really helpful in making changes for me on the menu. I can't eat greasy or gluten type foods, so... More
