I want this place to be right around the corner from my house here in Texas! We stayed at the Empress Hotel down the street. We were there 5 nights and ate at the Cottage 3 times! Absolutely loved everything about the Cottage! Went there twice in 3 days! My teenagers loved it which is no easy task! Food was great, staff was efficient, and the Manager was wonderful. more

Great omlettes, meatloaf, guacamole, drinks, and waffles. This is a super place to have breakfast or lunch. Reasonably priced, excellent service and the food is delicious. more

Good service in a nice environment. If you want to have breakfast in La Jolla with your family this is the place to be. They also serve healthy choices next to the regular bacon and eggs. more

Although it's a bit of a wait, it has a great atmosphere, pretty good service and fabu food! I love the cinnamon rolls to start and they have a great meatloaf hash for breakfast. Haven't tried lunch or dinner but from friends I am told that their brie and sun-dried tomato omelet is really flavorful! more
