Enjoyed a delicious lunch while being treated to one of the best views in La Jolla. Our meal was exceptional- both the Tuna Nicoise Salad and the Chicken Tortilla Salad were wonderful. Our server's recommendation of wine was spot on. Friendly staff, beautiful ambiance, great food, all made for an excellent dining experience.

I was told Eddie V's had gone downhill from what it was, and whilst the team were great, for the price of the food didn't add up to the quality, we tried various items but had nothing that couldn't be prepared at home easily.

We love this place. It has great views, nice ambience and great food! We prefer to sit upstairs so we can listen to the wonderful jazz music. Tonight we both ordered the special fresh fish of the day which was halibut with peaches and tomato. It was cooked to perfection. Fantastic service and another nice night of music. Highly recommend... More

Rani Chatha and her staff provided an excellent, well orchestrated meal for our wedding with 40 guests. The meal and service was top notch and was matched with a beautiful view of the ocean and sunset. We wound up our evening listening to live music in the bar. I couldn't have asked for a better evening. I would recommend this... More

We had a bit of a rocky begining to our visit as we had definitely reserved a window by the ocean and it took talking to the manager to resolve the issue. The restaurant has a perfect location in La Jolla, overlooking the cove and the cave and you can watch the beautiful surf. The food was definitely the best... More

Stopped in to see the place we have heard so much about and...good looking restaurant - however, front desk (hostess) was very snappy and rude, not welcoming at all and we felt that even though their menu looked yummy we went on our way. In dog friendly La Jolla, they are not, or to peeps either.

Had dinner here with my husband and 8 year old son. asked if we could sit by the fire pit which they accomodated. very friendly waitress and great food. Expensive but well worth it. My son fell asleep after his steak and lobster dinner (yes my little man has expensive taste) and we just pushed two chairs together and he... More

We ate here with no reservations and they were busy. Great seating in the lounge area, very friendly wait staff, and the food was excellent.

Terrific location, food great. Crab balls a must, crostini delicious, seafood entrees fresh and delightful, desserts a must. Our waitress was attending and friendly, had Googled our party prior to our arrival, unfortunately her buss staff was young and seemed new at the job - lots of mis-placed utensils and courses. But all in all I would gladly return.

We had swordfish, shrimp , sole - spinach and crab fried rice ,while all were good , they were not exceptional . We had a bottle of wine, shared a salad and had no dessert and bill with tip was 280$ for 4. Maybe coming from New England we are spoiled .
