Good Food and Good Service

A nice place to stay and eat dinner alone or not alone. Has a big fireplace where you can be warmed on a cold day and staff that's willing to help you voluntarily in multiple fields. The food is also satisfying. However, there is very minimal to absolutely no internet connecting in that area. I... read more

The food is priced too high for the quality, in my opinion. The staff is very friendly but we just were not impressed with the food...especially for the price.

Our party of 4 stopped in for a light dinner after attending the Green Flash concert at the Birch Aquarium. Although the outdoor patio was crowded at that late hour, our hostess made sure we had plenty of room and a lovely table. Our waitress Jen was fantastic. She made accurate and honest menu assessments and was quick to respond... More

This place is attached to the Estancia hotel that I stayed at during a business trip. The atmosphere here is amazing. I sat outside and it's a beautiful property. The service is adequate. Food was mediocre. Given the cost, it's really not worth it. If your company is paying for it, it softens the blow.

We sat outside on the patio and it is a nice environment. Big fireplace, lots of groupings of tables all on a brick patio that is surrounded by trees/foliage and nicely lit. It is a beautiful place. The tables are small and low - the effect is like a coffee-table. Seating is pretty varied - benches with cushions, comfortable chairs,... More

Had dinner here on a Sunday night. Live guitar set the mood for a beautiful evening. Try the crab and shrimp relleno. The initial appearance is nothing fancy, but when the flavors hit the tongue you know why this place has such a reputation among locals. Perfect pairing of an equally surprising wine. So glad I found it and well... More

When ordering dinner, stop at the hamburgers! Maybe you won't have to wait for your entree for an hour. Or be disappointed that the Crab & Shrimp Chile Relleno ($28.00) is a lonely little pepper on a plate without any of what the menu described as accompanying it. Not to mention that the crab and shrimp was barely there. Or... More

Cannot recommend the pulled pork mac n cheese and Red, White & Blue salad highly enough. The ceviche was just okay.
