The reviews didn't lie! Tiny little place that has a great team serving great breakfast dishes. The Mexican Special with cheese and peppers omelette, steak and potatoes was excellent. The guacamole rocks! The breakfast enchiladas were very good as well.

We met a relative of mine here for Sunday brunch. Could not have been more pleased. There are some many wonderful things on the menu, we were sorry we could not order them all. Definitely will go back whenever we revisit La Jolla.

Wonderful, fresh breakfast. Probably the best breakfast we had during a week in San Diego. The rosemary potatoes and omelettes are incredible!

This is a little different to the standard coffee shops. Seating is limited as the place is relatively small, but the friendly and fast service makes up for that. I would eat here every day if I could. The food is fresh and healthy and tastes amazing. Patrick is the best. Everyone here treats us like family. It is a tiny place and there is a wait on the weekends, but the food is worth every minute. Could not recommend this place more highly. Best breakfast hands down.

Especially when traveling with kids, I usually go for great breakfasts (rather than nice dinners). The Coffee Cup was great. So many menu choices it was hard to decide. The cinnamon bread should be ordered (can be a side item). Service friendly and efficient, prices on the high side--but it is La Jolla and it was worth it.

This is a "locals" place and it gets crowded by 10am so you know it must be good. I've eaten here many times and the food is healthy and delicious. The Coffee Cup restaurant in La Jolla was such a great place to have breakfast. We were so happy we found it.
