I adore this place. Been coming here since it opened and I live 2 1/2hrs away. Autentico. The food is that good. Menu ranges from seafood to the land. Haven't tried breakfasts, never been early enough

Like others, I'm not sure where the positive reviews came from. There was no AC, just fans, and at the lunch hour it was too hot to enjoy the meal which was supposed to be a special visit with relatives passing thru town. Food was really overpriced for the area; ours wasn't horrible, but not worth what we paid for... More

This is a place for really fresh and authentic Mexican in a friendly, casual atmosphere. Great stop on the 101. You can tell a lot about a place by its salsa, and this is some of the very best!

I don't know how this place can even be ranked #1.This place is absolutely horrible. Not only can you not get chicken, cheese, enchiladas or fajitas (crazy for a mexican restaurant right?!) but there is no flavor or sauces in any of the food. We ordered our food, took one bite, and walked out. The food was not even edible.... More

I'm a little confused about the french fries on the top of the garlic prawn taco meal but guess what? It was very tasty and filling. The ambiance is authentic too... we found this place after stopping on our motorcycles and asking a local where to go for best Mexican food.

This was a very pleasant lunch. The atmosphere colorful and clean. The service was prompt and friendly. The chili verde was the best we have ever had anywhere the country. The tacos are typical taco truck tacos with just meat filling and tasty but nothing special.

Lucky pick- found by chance. The welcome, service, food were excellent. This traditional Mexican restaurant is run by a family. We were impressed by the choice, the size of the dishes and cocktails. The Margharita is excellent. You definitely want to stop there if you can.

Found this place on tripadvisor and ate here bc of the ratings. If this is the number 1 restaurant in this city then do yourself a favor and pass by. Ive washed my hands 3 times and I still havent gotten all of the grease off my hands. I dont mind a little grease but when its drizzling off the... More

Stopped on way to San Fran. Worth the stop. The salsa is hot, be prepared. Great burritos & tacos ala carte. Small & clean

Driving to San Francisco we discovered this little gem and very much enjoyed the food. Very authenic food great beans, soups abd meat burritos Worth getting off the freeway. The only complaint is the have no cheese on any item and I prefer to have cheese on my bean burritos!
