I explained about it in my review of the museum. Like I previously said, they are pet-friendly, and.bring treats for your furry friends.

I love this small place filled with locals, but I pass on the food. Only a few tables so you may have to wait.

Not many choices in Kernville... but there has to be something better. 5 tables so there can be a wait when busy.

With Javier at the grill, you cannot go wrong with any meal. He's a local celeb and while the place is small, its worth putting your name on the waiting list for a table, or eat outside under the umbrellas looking at the mountain side and nearby Kernville residents.

The food was fresh, hot and served up with a smile. The cost was well within budget. I had the chicken cordon Blue sandwich with a side salad. Couls not eat eat all!

We loved having breakfast here. Its a small restaurant so if there are too many people I could see there being a wait, but we sat right down and were served quickly. Staff was very friendly and food was some of my favorite breakfast we had while on the road. Would definitely stop again.

Wow! Most places that offer corned beef hash for breakfast serve something straight out of a can that's best fit for Fido. Not this place, all homemade and the portions are very generous. I chose the O'Brien potatoes and had my eggs over medium. This was easily a meal for two or one very hungry lumberjack! The service matched the... More

The Cracked Egg in Kernville, Ca served pancakes so light that I did not regret ordering or eating them all. The other breakfast foods were perfect and plentiful. Especialky the slab of ham. Plus they have lovely crushed ice.

The breakfast here is great. It's pretty much standard American breakfast of omelettes, eggs, pancakes and french toast but they also have corned beef hash that's awesome and you can order O'Brien potatoes instead of hash browns that are sliced red potatoes, onions and peppers cooked in a skillet. YUM! The service is solid. Our whole family sits at the... More
