The best of local fishermen, farmers and ranchers on a menu reflecting the cultures that settled Sonoma County. Set between vineyards in the Valley Of The Moon, The Kenwood offers indoor, outdoor and bar dining with a pond and bocce court to relax at after or during. Chef Anthony Paone presents a menu of housemade specials that change with the season and availability to give the taste of Sonoma cooking.

Love the happy hour!

This place is a bit on the pricier side but their happy hour is fabulous (however we always tend to over indulge in oysters as they're $1 during their happy hour). Great spot to end your tasting day at. Live music too!

Karen and I had a late lunch after a day of tasting wine in the Sonoma Valley while staying in Glen Ellen. The server was friendly and helpful. The food was good, reasonably priced and good portions. Because we were there in the mid-afternoon it was very quiet.

Under new ownership and operation now for some time (+/- 2 years) the old Kenwood is still going well. The food is often outstanding, albeit and little avant guarde. A little pretentious even sometimes. It has the singularly best view of the Valley of the Moon that can be imagined as the Kunde hills are right across the street. Ask... More

We enjoyed dinner and complementary breakfast during our stay at Kenwood Inn and Spa. The breakfast has many options from GF to Vegan to your everyday choices with a nice spin to them. Dinner was incredible with a melt in your mouth ribeye to die for.

We've driven by the signs about the 3-5 dollar oysters and finally stopped this time. We went back the next day and ate 30 more. They do a great job of shucking leaving the nice brine of the sea. They also have house made hot sauce if you like. Pair it with the french fries.

We have driven by for years and finally stopped in for their $1. oyster special between 3-5 pm. We ordered a couple glasses of wine and dozen Miyagi Oysters which were nice and fresh. They were served with lemon and a mignonette dipping sauce which is vinegar based and not our favorite. We were disappointed they didn't have cocktail sauce.... More

Pricey place with questionable service, the Kenwood Restaurant has been a local favorite due to the lovely outdoor patio and full bar. There is not much of a selection on the menu and our server may have been working her first night at her first job. For the limited offerings and marginal service this is not on the top of... More

Not so hot... food just OK but nice setting and great staff. Would not bother to go back unless nowhere else to go.

We had dinner and drinks as part of a large group- wedding rehearsal dinner. Super service, every table got it superbly prepared food in an orderly and flawless delivery. The salad was fresh and perfectly dressed, smoked lamb onsite was cooked to perfection and the grilled trout was delicious. Gelato and chocolate cake were the perfect ending combo.
