We had our Thanksgiving feast here with every traditional mouth-watering dish we desired. The scenic drive along the Sunrise Highway to Hwy 78 that leads to the Pine Hills Lodge was stunning. I have had the great pleasure of visiting this quaint and inviting meal setting on several happy occasions. Down home place where the owner comes out and sits and talks with you. Drinks were cheap but the bar food was lousy. No matter. We had a great time enjoying the guitar player and the other patrons. It's a nice property and a good place for a drink on Friday night.

If you like your food boring, if you like it lukewarm, if you like an unappealing setting, Eat here. The food was bland and basically lacked any imagination. No bacon, out of sausage. Just these weird dry little round pieces of ham, the biscuit and gravy were lukewarm and nothing and I mean nothing looked like it was made from... More
