From the outside, Royal Siam doesn't look like much. The inside is a standard diner feel. The food, however, has always been freshly made when I've eaten there. The weekend buffet is a great deal. $12 for all you can eat from curried dishes, lemongrass soup, and a fresh salad. Service can be quite slow so don't be in a... More

Restaurants near a military base (Marine Corps at 29 Palms) frequently feature Asian cuisine - or so has been my experience. No exception here with a small Thai restaurant tucked into a strip Mall on 29 Palms Highway. Other clientele are those who frequent the NP to climb its many granite structures - and they come back hungry at the... More

The previous evening we had been eating in a luxurious Thai restaurant in a swanky LV hotel. This place was suggested in our accommodation's guide. Being in the desert our expectations were therefore managed. Food was plentiful and extremely tasty, reasonably priced and well presented. Clean premises. Service pleasant, however, we sensed a resource issue as we had a long... More

We eat here once or twice a month. I love the lemongrass soup. Crazy good flavor. The fresh spring rolls are huge and tasty. Great service from the family who owns and runs the place.

Located in the center of a nondescript commercial block, poor exterior appearance – but great food tastefully prepared, spiced just right. Best green papaya salad we’ve eaten outside of Thailand.

Just had takeout from this restaurant yesterday. It's only the second time I've had pad Thai but the sauce wasn't very good and the green onions and bean sprouts were raw. That being said it was friendly and fast so I'll try something else from the menu next time.

Very convenient location, right on the highway in a small strip mall. The decor is not too great but the food is very good. If you like Thai food you will not be disappointed.

In the past week I have had both a lunch and a dinner here, and both have been wonderful. I had reviewed this place during the summer months, and I am sorry to say but I just hated it. After so many people saying to me that they loved this place and they were surprised at my opinion I went... More

I eat there at least once a month. Family run and the food is good, though the selection could be better what they serve is so good.
