Experience authentic Mexico City Cuisine at Taco Rosa. Our talented executive chef and creative team utilize ingredients, spices and flavors passed on through our ancestral roots ~ our Aztec, Mayan & Spanish heritage. Today these elements are fused with cutting-edge technique and innovation providing the best of 'old world' culture in a unique contemporary experience. Taco Rosa brings to you the best dishes from a variety of regions throughout Mexico, unique award winning culinary creations along with your familiar local favorites. We use natural grass fed beef for our Rib Eye Carne Asada, Angus outside skirt steak for our fajitas, enchiladas, salads and tostadas. Fresh Wild Sea Bass is featured in our entree 'Zarandeado' and also in our Ceviche. Taco Rosa features a unique 'cantina approach' which begins each morning with the daily hand squeezing of juices. We produce a supreme and unmatched line of fresh fruit margaritas, sangrias, mojitos and martinis.

Great tacos!!

I love the décor and how comfortable the booths were at this restaurant. The chips and guacamole were really good as well as the tacos! I didn't care for the flan and I am a huge fan of flan. I will be back and I will tell others that they should go too. We went during lunch and the chef... read more

I recently came here with my grandparents while I was visiting them in California. I'd like to start by saying to me, Mexican food is sloppy, flavorful, savory, and fun. At Taco Rosa that is not the case. Maybe it is more authentic or my tastes are more Americanized (maybe both) but my grandparents love this restaurant yet I have... More

We booked a table for 7:30pm online through TripAdvisor/Open Table. We still had to wait 30 minutes past 7:30 when we got there. In our case we were able to find space at the very tiny bar and enjoy a margarita, but it was a little annoying. The table service and food was EXCELLENT! I had the tacos de filete... More

Taco Rosa serves interesting and delicious Mexican food--a little more upscale than the ordinary. The good food and great Margaritas have made this a family favorite.

My brother went there for his birthday this past December and said it was the best Mexican restaurant he has been to in the OC. So I decided I would do the same for my birthday dinner a few days ago, thinking I had never been there, since I live in Corona. Turns out when I got there, I remembered... More

Great choice for exceptional upscale Mexican cuisine. Great atmosphere and service. The plates are as beautiful as the food is good. The margaritas are fresh and handmade. You won't get boring plates smothered in melted cheese. The food is featured with flavor and presentation. We enjoyed great service from waiter Sam. The flan was outstanding!

My friends and I are on a quest to find the best Taco Tuesday location in the Costa Mesa, Irvine, Newport Beach area. The service and atmosphere at Taco Rosa were outstansing. The food was very good and the price was fair. My gripe is the size of the margaritas. Tasty, but skimpy, is the best description I can give.... More
