We got good simple vegetarian meal. The owners were very warm and welcoming and added a very personal touch.

One warning: they do not take credit cards, only check or cash. We happened to pass by on our way to point Reyes and promised to stop in on our way back. We were not disappointed. My husband hot the chicken papikash and chicken Vienna for me, both were excellent! my favorite thing there though was the homemade bread, so... More

We had the Viener schnitzel and the rabbit. The menu features a number of Czech dishes you won't find elsewhere. The scnitzel was well well cooked but covered in Panko instead of the traditional bread crumbs;not a good substitution. The Napa rabbit was beautiful. Both came with traditional dumpling. It was all washed down with as delicious Czech beer A... More

Not much choice in the Inverness area, but no matter -- great find here!! Huge meals, all tasty Eastern European flavor! Unique and wonderful.

Think "old, rustic house in the woods"! This is charming little restaurant with authentic foods + beer + spirits. It was a perfect way to end our day from Muir Woods & Point Reyes. We enjoyed fresh local oysters to start. Our full entrees were rabbit and vienna schnitzel. Czech beer: Krusovice; Apertif: Becherovka Food and service were very good;... More

The menu looks interesting but I wasn't all, that impressed with my paprika chicken, although the included warm bread was good. Service excellent and beers and slivovice good. If you like Becherovka they have it and if you've never tried it, then you should. An excellent digestif.

As the only restaurant open in the small town of Inverness on the evening of Valentine's Day, this little haunt sure its work cut out for it. The one woman who was waiting tables, hostessing, and bartending was on FIRE! Yes, we did wait a bit longer than usual, but it was amazing to watch her multitask...and always with a... More

My husband and I had an hour of down time in Inverness recently with little to near dinner time. Vladimir's Restaurant was like walking into a film set (I've never been to the Czech Republic, so I cannot compare it to that): I literally felt I was in another country as I was seated in a red chair under a... The place was 2 walking minutes away from where I stayed. There was no waiting to be seated unlike the place next door. The food was served very quickly - I got rabbit. It was nice and tender. Oysters are also on the menu like in any other restaurant in the area - very fresh local oysters! They got full... More

Stopped here for lunch while visiting Point Reyes area. Ate outside as the weather was very nice. Tasty food & prompt, friendly service. I had beef goulash followed by freshly baked apple strudel. Portions are moderate but everything tasted good.
