Outstanding Food and Generous Portions

We ate here three nights for dinner and the food quality rivaled some of the best steak and seafood restaurants on the east coasts. Filet Mignon was one of the best, but also the Pork Chop, Chicken, Kobe Meatloaf were all amazingly good. Servers were great and remembered you the second time you... read more

Location in the casino was upstairs and away from the din of gambling. Food was generous and very tasty. Service was excellent

The service was good, and the environment was nice, but make reservations ahead of time as it is very busy early evening. The hosts seemed a bit overwhelmed, but it was completely understandable. We put our names down and gambled during our 2 hour wait. Luckily there isn't a shortage of things to do here, so the time went by... More

Palm Springs has several decent dining destinations, but the extra few miles east to the Bistro proved rewarding. This place delivers...nice atmosphere, delicious food and excellent service. My kobe beef burger was perfect and the Chilean sea bass with scallops drew raves from my wife. The short ribs and angel hair pasta our companions ordered passed with flying colors. Add... More

The skinny: Parking- valet or self park Decor- white table cloths Service- friendly Coke factor- nicely carbonated Food- average Restrooms- outside of restaurant in casino We came here for dinner when they opened at 530p thinking we'd have to kill time in the casino before our 8p show. The meal took so long that we left at 730p. The reason... More

We decide to have a meal whilst at the Fantasy Springs Casino - and were not disappointed From the friendly welcome - excellent server and great food - all was for a good evening - slightly expensive - but worth the money. Special selection of wine for only $25 - great escargot starter - followed by excellent filet my wife's... More

We went to The Bistro on Valentine's without a reservation. They were busy like everywhere else, but when I asked the Manager, Terry, about recommending another restaurant within the Fantasy Springs Casino she reviewed the seating chart and offered us a table after a reasonable wait. The food was prepared perfectly and both my husband's entree' (short ribs) and my... More

Booked dinner at the Bistro before the Franki Vali show last night. Everything has changed since I was there last. Service was poor. It took us 70 minutes to get our dinner from the time we ordered. We went from having plenty of time before the show to be time pressured. We ordered a Hot sake to come with our... More

Service, atmosphere, food were all outstanding. I had the 8 oz Filet Mignon with baked potato and asparagus. I also had the wedge salad, too. Desert was flavorful raspberry, lemon and mango sorbet. The filet was fork tender. The wedge salad was delicious, too! During dinner, a beer spilled on our table and they cleared the entire table, replaced the... More
