We went with friends last night based on the ranking in TA and were not disappointed. All four of us had something different and all of us gave good reviews, we need to go back to try some of the other items on the extensive menu. They kept our ice tea glasses filled without having to ask.

Mexican restaurants are a dime a dozen in the Palm Springs region, but I finally found the one restaurant that surpasses the rest, by a mile! This clean, smart looking restaurant in Indio serves the freshest Mexican food I have tasted, and that includes in Mexico! The service staff are energetic, engaging and appear happy to be working there, smiles... More

I've lived in the C.V. for almost two years now and this remains by far my fave Mexican restaurant. Great food, lovely restaurant, friendly yet efficient service, ambience for days. Does not hold a candle to its Palm Desert location.

We first went to a just opened location for the local chain and loved the food. We learned that the original restaurant was in Indio...same menu, same great quality and service, but with more local charm. I love the burrito with enchilada sauce. Visiting is a must each time I'm in the area.

Great food, good service. Make a reservation! Would like a larger happy hour menu. Family owned. I have been coming to this restaurant for at least 8 years. In the last two years so has everyone else!

Great place, with great Happy Hour Margaritas. I like the chili verde, but don't start eating the chips, you won't be able to stop, because of the salsa.

We had a crispy taco with shredded beef, chicken enchilada an a tamale. The refried beans the best my husband ever had. It was very busy an had to wait 30 mins but it was worth the wait. Our server Alejandra was great. We will go back when we are in Indio.

Standard Mexican fare with friendly servers and packed with locals. Good competition to Las Casuelas and equally dependable for food and service if you go early.

Obviously good food is important when dining out, but I am one that will notice when a place is really dirty (which I tend to leave) or really clean. This place was extremely clean. That is usually my two top criteria: good food & clean. But the experience was excellent from start to finish. This is a small place so... More

Yes, it's known for great Mexican food and it's really good. However, saving room for the bread pudding is a super wise choice. Absolutely yum!!
