Upscale Mexican

In a shopping center in Palm Desert. Good parking, this popular place should be tried. We went with friends and had a great meal. Nicely decorated and the food was good. You'll pay a bit more but the atmosphere justifies it.

This is a great little Mexican restaurant. No more than a 10 minute wait, and only issue for me was that it was loud; they had live music, so the noise level was a bit more than I like. But you can't beat the food! Great!!! Glad we went and we'll go again when we return to the area! Maybe... More

We got to restaurant at 5pm and it was already crowded. They said 25to 30min wait, but we waited for over an hour. I got the steak fajitas, the meat was over cooked and did not taste like it was seasoned. My dad got a steak burrito, the meat was also over cooked.

The food was good, service excellant, atmosphere quaint, very clean, up to date. Only issue is no outdoor dining and small parking lot.

Many of my friends love this place. It is good, but nothing outstanding. I am still looking for the bet Mexican food in Coachella Valley.

Had lunch and had great service, but the best part was the food. They start you with chips and salsa which was great, and replenished. I had a tamale with pork that was the best I ever had (they also had beef, chicken and corn). Everything we had was equally as good. The portion size was filling without making one... More

Authentic mexican comfort food. Cozy atmosphere. The chile rellenos are the best. Overall....as good as it gets. Fabuloso!!!

Needed sustenance on a late Saturday night after watching tennis in Indian Wells. Trip Advisor reviews for this establishment are positive and accurate. Very good California style Mexican food, and a lot of it. Friendly service, happy room.

we always like to have a couple Mexican meals while vacationing in Palm Springs, Pueblo Viejo Grill was terrific. Four of us all had different dishes and drinks and we agreed this place is a winner. The service was exceptional too. Highly recommend it.

The best Mexican food I've had in a long time. The waiter (son of the chef) was personable and helpful with recommendations. The ingredients were fresh and good quality. Food was plentiful and I always have to get a to-go box. The ambiance was good and the surroundings were clean. Good place for Mexican food.
