Happy Hour dining in the bar

By sitting outside in the gorgeous patio area amidst the first class sculptures, you will find the prices as as nice as the ambience.

This was my second time at the Jackalope Ranch. Waited about 15min on a Saturday night to be seated, no big deal. However, we waited for 19min in our booth to be recognized by our server and said she would be back in a moment to take our drink orders. About 10min later, the server came back and stated she... Diverse menu and lots of options to eat, on patio, in bar or in restaurant. We have enjoyed every time, gets busy when Happy Hour starts at 3pm.

Went here with friends for lunch. Asked for a table outside. Hostess told us there would be an hour wait. While strolling the grounds waiting for our outside table, we noticed several empty tables and asked the hostess why we couldn't be seated sooner. She said they were short staffed for the outside tables. We asked to be seated outside... More

The ambiance is almost over the top. The food was pretty good, as we also dined during the early bird dinner time. Tim was out bar server and he was fun and great. The food service was spotty at best. We ended up having to get servers attention to get water, bread (which is not included), and ice. When our... More

Visited with a couple of staff members on a visit to the area, they recommended it. Service was a little slow but we were there during happy hour. I thought the food was OK, I had the two carne asada tacos. Beautiful seating areas though.

This is an ideal location for a large group event, and we enjoyed ourselves with our smaller group of 15 as well. There are two different menus depending where you sit so I suggest letting them know if you prefer the steakhouse or the patio for a more casual menu (more suitable for families). Beautiful grounds!

Our first stop on our vacation was the highly recommended Jackalope restaurant for lunch. We were seated in the beautiful outdoor garden area. Our server came for our drink orders and took our meal orders as well because they took so long to come around. In addition, we all requested water. 15 minutes later, our water came. 5 minutes after... More

My husband and I ate here back in January. We came during happy hour and the prices were more reasonable. Still not cheap, but not as spendy as the regular menu. The food and drinks were very good, the restaurant and grounds are very nice. Lots to look at both inside and in the outside seating area.

While we live in the area we seem to forget this place is here. The grounds are beautiful. If you can sit outside. The food was excellent. They have a 3 course meal. Cesar salad was decent. The salmon was excellent. Nice and moist and flaky. My partner had the BBQ ribs and she said they were great. And for... More
