One of us ate the all-inclusive $24 buffet (juice and coffee included) and the other opted out for the $16 huevos rancheros Benedict" from the menu. This is "a twist on a Coachella Valley favorite", (so says the menu description), as well as the $5 glass of orange juice and the $3 cup of coffee. All in all, the all-inclusive... More

The Cava was wonderful with a fix-price menu for years. That has been discontinued and now it is fine but not wonderful like years ago. They redecorated and we liked it better before. Still, a nice place to eat if you are in town.

We had breakfast there a couple of times during our stay the Esmeralda Resort. We chose the Buffet. I was surprised to see the juicing machines and different fruits and vegetables available for you to create your own specialty juice. The chef will prepare an omelet to order. good variety on the buffet. Very friendly staff.

Ordered a Grilled Rib Eye cooked medium for $36. Portion was big so split the order with the wife. Ordered to go and Ate it at the lobby for better ambiance, better bar and TV. Will probably order this again next time.

We went to the restaurant on a Friday Night when they had the Seafood Buffet so the dinner menu was limited with a small selection of entrees. My husband and I opted for the Cava Burger which I must admit was huge, perfectly cooked and delicious. The sweet potato fries tasty. We enjoyed sitting outdoors in the warm Palm Desert... More

Loved sitting outside in the warm desert night. The staff never hurried us, and they were attentive and informative. We were a party of eight and everyone's entree was well-prepared and delicious. We will be back!

When I travel I look for light healthy meals. Cava had a limited number of small plates and all were rather unhealthy. Ended up eating salads everyday during my stay.

We went to the Cava Restaurant because had a long travel day, it was close, and we could sit outside. Actually had a very awesome seafood buffet which sounds like it is a regular Friday thing- and for $30/person, a real bargain. Fresh, cold, and hot seafood items, as well as cheeses and breads, salads, desserts, and more.

Dine poolside with a view of the California mountains. The food was good with generous portions, and the service was friendly and efficient. The hamburgers were quite large and flavorful. The Reuben was also tasty. Good choice for casual dining.
