The menu is quite imaginative and the chef is very much into the California cuisine. The fried artichoke starter was excellent and my wife had a similar opinion about the potato taquitos. We both enjoyed our entrees too. Service was very good and the setting on the outdoor patio in April is perfect.

We ate breakfast here each morning during our stay at the Hyatt. The food was fresh and delicious. The service was wonderful.

Loved the breakfast buffet every morning. Usually got a custom omelet from the omelet bar. The fruit was fresh. And sitting in the sun on the patio every morning was a great way to start the day!

We had a wonderful dinner here and wished we'd tried it the first night instead of the other place we went - we would have eaten here both nights of our stay! The food was very good, our server was very helpful, and the view was very peaceful of the trees, fountain, and golf course in the distance. The butternut... More

had a business meal here and it was very good. my only complaint might be that the portions were a little small for my hunger. the truffle risotto and fries were excellent compliments to my steak. the red velvet cheesecake was awesome and came with some gelatin that looked like bacon - never seen anything like it. drinks are good,... if you like burnt eggs and tiny thin ham for breakfast this is the place. Staff was great but Why do Hyatts not serve real ham?

We grabbed lunch here one day during our trip. The service is fast and friendly. We had fish tacos and sweet potatoes fries. The food was fantastic. It is a bit pricey, but what you would expect for a hotel restaurant. The outdoor seating is lovely. There was a slight chill in the air (by California standards) so heaters were... More

The last night of our stay after four straight days of golf we decided not to leave the property. The food and service were great. The pork chop was outstanding!

My experience with hotel restaurants is that the food and selection are average. However, Lantana is a top-notch place for lunch. Eat outside and enjoy the weather. Lunch selection was excellent; ate there 2 days in a row. Highly recommend the fish tacos! Smiling, lovely server with quick service. Not over-priced.

We had one dinner and one breakfast here and were very pleased with each. Service was gracious and efficient. We had the wild ahi tuna, with wasabi, which was succulent, and the Chef's Inspiration, which happened to be also the sustainable seafood choice of salmon and pasta. Both were perfectly prepared and very well seasoned. The side of spinach done... More
