This is my older daughter and granddaughter's favorite fish restaurant. I like the fresh fish choices, but my wife has had some trouble finding something to her liking. I do like very much their policy of no corkage fee for bringing your own wine to the restaurant. Prices are comparable to other upper end fish restaurants. Very good service.

My daughter and I stopped in after church on a Sunday. Service was prompt and polite. We ordered the roasted beet salad and had one of the best ones ever. The beets were delicious along with candied nuts, arugula, mandarin oranges and dressing. Our entree was fish…perfectly cooked and delicious. On Tuesday night we went back to celebrate her being... Dined in this very busy restaurant with son and family on a Saturday night. Without reservations, we were seated quickly. The fish & seafood menu is expansive with several varieties of fresh fish, oysters, clams, shrimp and scallops. The sourdough bread served warm is among the best anywhere. The side salad with blue cheese crumbles , cranberry and walnuts was... More

Wonderful experience at the seafood restaurant. A little pricey, but the food was delicious. Went there for my daughter and son-in-laws birthdays, and had a great time. We ordered a variety of food from the appetizer and dinner menu. All were very good.

best fish ever...I always have the trout but the other fish they have is good as well. Menu is always changing depending on what fresh fish they have in. Parking at the Huntington Beach one is difficult but the Laguna Hills one is very easy.

We had dinner at King's last night and it was the WORST meal ever! King's used to have lines out the door and to have no one waiting on a Friday night should have been my first clue. The shrimp and scallops were tasteless. My sister got a coke that was flat. Someone must have used a box of potato... More

We went there for dinner on a Monday night, restaurant was not busy, and there were 9 of us. We ordered a variety of seafood, started off with clams: were fresh, tasty, nice presentation. Main courses we ordered was a selection of seafood from sushi (very good) to yellow fin(lukewarm), tilapia (over cooked), clam chowder (one of the best we've... More

My wife and I came for a small celebration, started with the Oyster Sampler, all were excellent and the freshly grated horse radish with the vinagerete offered more good tastes! We than shared Ciapino and Alaskan King Crab. The Alaskan was sweet and hot, combined with the Ciapino which had a totally awesome, thick and spicy Italian sauce, the fish,... More

It seems that Kings is always busy or they don't schedule enough help to keep all the sections open it that there is always a wait. ("labor costs") I usually wait because they have a great selection of fresh oysters. Once one is seated the service is usually satisfactory and the food is always good. I would recommend it.
