Typical Diner Fare

Food. Service. Ambience. That's what makes for a good experience. The food was very, very good and the milkshakes were probably too good. The Service was quick but not too quick. Our server was very friendly and had good suggestions. The ambience was outstanding. Sitting at the end of the pier... read more

We were looking for a fun place to eat with views of the ocean at a reasonable price and this place checked all those boxes for us. The kids really enjoyed the paper cars they got to put together and decorate with stickers. Food was good, service was friendly, perfect way to finish off the day for our family of... More

Visited this restaurant and enjoyed it so much that we went back three days later. Just quick fast great food and fun decor. Sitting right on the end of the pier with the absolute best views anyone could ever ask for. Friendly staff and everyone had delicious meals. Thank You!

Time for a quick bite before the plane home. Walked the Pier and this was the only place open so I ended up having breakfast. I ordered the eggs Benedict and have to admit I was quite surprised how good it was. 50's diner style, not my thing, but service was prompt, friendly and knowledgable.

Visited here with the family from Anaheim. The menu is ideal for family dining, the food was tasty and the service great. The show stealer most definitely is the view - be sure to get a window seat it's worth it !

The view is spectacular that is why I decided to go in for breakfast but delighted the blueberry pancakes over easy eggs and the best bacon. The server was great but but the order was a little slow but you don't mind because looking at the ocean view is so pretty. I love the decor they have a mini beach... More

While staying in Huntington, we took our children and grandkids to Ruby's. Unique experience. It's at the end of the pier, over the water, so it's a special treat for grandkids. The hamburgers were good, as well as the milk shakes. Great time!

During a recent visit to Huntington Beach, we were recommended Ruby's due to the great locale on the pier. The burger was delicious, but didn't taste the special sauce so had to ask for more. They had unlimited fries, and the shakes looked good, but didn't have one in order to not exceed too many calories.

We went on a Sunday afternoon and were told that there would be a 40 - 50 minute wait for a table of four. With the location at the end of the pier, we greatly enjoyed the scenery while waiting for our table - the 40 minutes went by quickly with watching waves, playing in the sand, and watching the... This Ruby's diner is on the iconic pier in Huntington Beach CA, "Surf City USA" and is well known. The Ruby's is out over the water, so you have a nice view of the pacific ocean with boats and surfers. The food is excellent and the atmosphere is amazing! I will have to come here again!
