One of the coolest places to get a good meal. Where else can you get an albacore cheese melt and look out over the ocean without being on a boat?! This time of year the pumpkin shakes start coming out and Ruby's has one of the best. They are known for burgers, of which I have had many, but the... More

We ate here while visiting Huntington Beach. The restaurant is located at the end of the pier and offers spectacular views. We ate on the second level and was able to watch the sunset as we ate. The food was typical diner food with a price you would expect from a tourist spot. However I do recommend the shakes.

Good 50's food and atmosphere with an over the top view. It is a nice stroll down the pier and there is usually a wait for a table by the window but well worth it. Try the shakes or malts.

This restaurant is located at the end of the Huntington Beach Pier, you'll see it from Pacific Coast Highway, it's the building with the bright red rooftop! It gets windy and colder as you walk further out, so most women/kids will want to bring a sweater or jacket, esp in the winter/fall months! During the walk out there you'll see... More

The food is typical diner food, which is one of my favorites for breakfast. Ruby's did not disappoint in this area. I would highly recommend the breakfast sliders. The added bonus is the atmosphere. It is located on the end of the pier with great views looking out over the ocean. If you are in the area, definitely give Ruby's... More

Celebrated our daughter's 14th birthday here while on vacation. Food was great, service great too! Great place to enjoy a meal while watching the sunset! One of the best Burger and Shake places I've been.

We liked the location of the diner at the end of the pier at huntington beach. The sunset from there was beautiful. We got there twice, the first visit was beautiful, but at the second visit the service was pretty slow. Each time the diner wasn't crowded. But nothing to complain about. We weren't in a hurry. The parking lot... More

A classic American Diner on the pier. A slice of 1950-60s USA, except they also carry a few decent beers, too.

The service was great, so friendly and helpful (I loved the uniforms the staff were wearing)the view was fantastic, the atmosphere - fun, it was warm and cosy while the wind outside was blowing and cold. I would highly recommend this Diner to anyone visiting the area, if you don't visit the Diner then you haven't really been to Huntington... More

Ruby's diner is a place you must eat at while visiting Huntington Beach. The view is great as you stare off into the Pacific ocean. Ruby's has your typical diner food, but the milk shakes are out of this world delicious! They even bring you the extra that is left after making your milk shake, which almost gives you 2... More
