Loved everything about Sugar Shack. The food was cooked after order and freshly out. Presentation was California style with avocado. The sourdough toast was amazing. Be sure and get a T-shirt.

Stopped in here very early morning before heading up the road for some tourist spots. Breakfast options are fantastic and the food is pretty damn good too, what ever you do make sure to add in as many sides as you think you can manage as they are brilliant. The staff are super friendly and made us feel very welcome,... More

We arrived on a Monday morning around 8:30 am, thinking that it would be mostly empty - but - we got the last table. Helpful staff, simple but big and tasty breakfast, in modest surroundings at a fantastic price. It was walking distance from our hotel, and we left ready to tackle the rest of the day. Stopped at the... More

The Sugar Shack is consistent, good portions, value, nice ONLY if you are lucky enough to snag a table on the front "patio" as the inside is dark and no atmosphere. The breakfasts (ate there twice)were good but honestly nothing special but the best we found in Huntington and it is a quick walk from The Hilton hotel where we... More

Not much to say really, this place has been cranking out great (big) breakfasts to hungry surfers, car enthusiasts, tourists, and locals alike for a while and it stays busy for a reason. Tasty food, good value, friendly service. All the standby breakfast favorites, and some specials make for a solid first meal choice any day of the week.

OK, having been disappointed the day before at Bruxie's, we went to the Sugar Shack the next day. A much better choice, which is to say "average," not "poor." At least I didn't leave hungry. But my eggs were undercooked (I *did* say "over medium" but what was delivered was "over very very easy -- uncooked whites on the "over"... More

Saw this was ranked number one so we rushed there this morning. There were 4 servers outside but absolutely no one spoke to any of the 20-30 people outside. We saw other people signing in on a clip board hanging on the wall. The staff was so crabby and unhappy looking I did not want to stay. Hubby said let's... More
