Excelent Food

A nice restaurant with great food and service. However it is quite pricey the bill for 2 with 1 appetizer and only water to drink was 85+ tip. The other negative is it was very loud, too many hard surfaces.

Ate a Dukes on a day trip to HB. Huge lover of Hawaii so we're pumped when we saw Dukes. Unfortunately it didn't meet expectations. Arrived w a baby stroller, host didn't seem too impressed. No tables in the main dining area so we took a seat in the bar. Had to go searching for the full menu and kids... More

We stopped here for lunch, although a bit late and were told that the balcony seating was no longer taking new settings until dinner. A little disappointed but decided to sit inside. Our meals were very nice, service seemed a little laid back (especially compared to the Waikiki location). Would be perfect to watch a sunset from.

Even though it was the day after Valentine's Day, the restaurant was filled to capacity. 80 degree temperatures, in mid February, also contributed to the crowded conditions. We were told that there would be a 50 minute wait for a table and they were spot on with their estimation. Tasty, reasonably priced food, served by an attentive staff, despite the... More

We went to Duke's with friends we had not seen in 30 years. We were seated fairly quickly and our server was efficient and helpful. Drinks were brought quickly while we looked at the menu. One guest ordered one of the evening specials and found it good. I ordered the Dinner Duo where you get two courses for $21 and... More

I've had lunch at the Dukes at Huntington Beach. It's a perfectly located Restaurant with very friendly staff. As usual I had to wait a few minutes for a table, but this was OK. The variety of Food is quiet large. The Food itself was OK. Nice view with the huge window front.

I used to go to Duke's a lot back in the 80's and 90's, it's right on the beach and there's a grand view - not just of the ocean but also of the sweethearts in their bikini's coming by regularly. Great place to window-shop from *inside* the window! The food then was fantastic-- food you could drool over and... More

Beautiful view- to enjoy great food with friends. I highly recommend this restaurant, especially if this is your first time eating at a ocean front restaurant in Southern California.

Dukes is a tradition in Surf city although more of a Hawaiian atmosphere, I presume surfing began on Oahu's north shore. Although They do their best to get you in on time, the valet parking can take a while, so you can park and walk from the lower parking area just south of the restaurant. Food is very good,!mostly seafood... More
