WHEN YOU ARE HERE ORDER THE SLOW COOKED LAMB CURRY, please its amazing. the slow cooked lamb curry is fantastic and delicious(reduced to the point that its almost reminiscent of a rendang). The food here actually tastes like Thailand despite the fact that the head chef is from Vietnam. I would... read more

Consistent, fresh, authentic, generous serves, cheap. Over look the esthetics and decor and be prepared for a taste sensation!

Stepping inside this place does conjure up images of Thailand, unfortunately right up to the point of the waitresses not having a clue what you're enjoying talking about. No, that's not true, in Thailand they understand your language less but care infinitely more. The service we received last night was nothing short of diabolical. Rude, inattentive, surly, how else could... More

Tired of Italian, rushed food of variable quality then head north to Brunswick just over Brunswick Road. There are a delightful range of restaurants with a more relaxed attitude and better value for money We selected this Thai restaurant and we're delighted with the food and the service.

Thaila Thai, has a wonderful buzzing atmosphere especially in summer when this part of Lygon street is alive. The place is rundown, and could really do with a makeover. But the Food is fresh, and always tastes great. You walk past the kitchen when you walk in, the chef's great you with a smile, and you can see all the... More

Visited on a Friday afternoon after office. Seated outside, the environment was vibrant. The menu is quite simple. Ordered assorted starters, pad Thai, Tom yam. The taste was great, specially the chicken satay and Tom yam. It's not a fancy restaurant, but the quality of food is very good accompanied by great taste. They cook to order, so the food... More

We ate at TT again last night. It's been at least a year since we visited. I didn't bother with the menu, as we had already had our favourite dishes from many previous visits. We were not disappointed! The service was quick and friendly. The upstairs is more modern and comfortable. Go early if you can like us. It's no... More

A group of friends and I go to this place over and over despite it being nowhere near any of our houses. It may not be Melbourne's best Thai but it's pretty damn good and would have to be close to its cheapest, especially when you consider it's BYO and the corkage fee is only $2 pp. The service is... My boyfriend and I went here on a Saturday night. It was super busy but we were lucky enough to get a table upstairs without waiting. It was busy. Like really busy. And noisy. The waitstaff are pretty short with you (which I attribute to how busy they were) and we were handed our plates/cutlery in a pile which was... More
