Spicy and good...Hot and sour soup was vegetarian, which is a plus for me. The meat dishes were NOT bogged dwon with oil and grease, and the vegetables were cooked perfectt.

This has been our favorite Chinese take out. Recent order was very bad. Beef and pork were tough. Veggies lacked flavor. Almost tastes like there is a new cook?

There is a very good lunch special. Try it because you get to pick several items. The food is very good, tastes very fresh and the waiters are very nice. They have been in business in Hollister for over 15 years I believe. They are closed on Tuesday's.

My husband had the kung pao chicken and vegetables and prawns while I had the kung pao chicken and the twice cooked pork. The smokey aroma of the twice cooked... More

Have been eating here for a few months, at least once a week, and family owned. The wife who will meet you at the counter is great, funny, and works hard. Sometimes I come in and see their daughter doing homework at a table near the front counter. There a harding working family, that produces great chinese food. You need... More

Cheung Sheng has been around a long time. The service is good, food is quick and hot. The quality of the food is it and miss. The taste is good but the quality can be, should I say "Chewy." It has fallen over the past couple of years. Hollister has bad tasting water, so choose something else to drink. The... More

Great food, especially if you like the spicy side. Nice place to take a loved one and their parents. The place is family owned/operated and they have very good service.
