I have been going to Dukes for over 4 years! The service has ALWAYS been great and the food has always been superior! They bake their own bread, and the portions are abundant, so bring your appitite! The only draw back is when they have a band there, the ceiling is too low and the bar where they play is... More

For us it was probably a 3rd chance, but when the birthday boy wants to go to Dukes, that's where you go. I was VERY hesitant to go back after the mediocre food and service from our previous visits, but things have really turned around. The food was great: steaks, wraps and sandwiches were all served and enjoyed at our... More

The steaks here are ok. The restaurant is kind of sleazy and hidden. The staff is mediocre, you have to ask for refills, they never fill your glass otherwise. The prices are good, but the quality of the steaks is cheap.

The service was bad. Noone greeted us up front. My wife ordered a steak and it was to tough so she sent it back and the second steak was even more impossible to cut through and it was undercooked. They said they would take it off the bill but had to charge for the potato that she had eaten haha.... More

They try to be a upscale steakhouse, but fall short both on the food quality and service. Atmosphere is dingy.

Went there with a friend. Neither of us had been there before. I had a salad: iceberg with oil and vinegar. My friend had soup: mucilage thickened with corn starch. We ordered two glasses or wine; the wines were good but excessively hot (too much alcohol). That's a trend among vintners and not the restaurant's responsibility. We both had steak... More

We have been there five or so times and the last three did it for me. The steak quality is horrible. Just to be good...not sure if they switched suppliers or what. One steak was 80% grissle and when I showed the waitress they would not so anything. The only thing she offered was to cook it more to try... More

I know that the service could be much better, but the food is great. The steaks are great, they have awesome mashed potatoes (I think they are garlic mashed potatoes), and the Lobster is good as well. There is not much to say other than they have a unique atmosphere and a cool bar that has a live band play... More

The steaks are excelent. Aged well and cooked to your request. The service was great. The server and others checked by our table often to make sure all was well. I had the surf and turf. The lobster was cooked perfectly and my steak melted like butter. Price were decent and fare.
