Four of us went for dinner, three got the food and one had to wait 3-4 minutes for theirs, One had nearly cold potato soup that they sent back. My fajitas were okay, but the onions and peppers were overcooked and stuck to the skillet. The service was slow. Wife said the ribs were good. One had molten lava cake... More

My wife and I stopped here to have lunch, and were pleased with the selections available for lunch as well as our service from Brian. We picked items from their lunch combo menu, allowing us to mix a half sandwich with a side type item and fries. I had the Chicken & Guacamole Sandwich with Chile and my wife had... More

Love to spend good money on a good a experience. This night was with a focus to get me to spend as much as possible while trying to provide as little good service as the servers could get away with. Won't go again, though my wife and I have been a half a dozen times before. We've had better experiences... More

I've been going to chilis for a while now and the service is getting better everytime I go. The food is always good and fresh. The server took the tip off our table before we left which was rude but other than that everything was good.

My daughter took my wife and I here on Father's Day, and my choice was a good one on many levels. Sterling, our waiter, was exceptional despite the fact that there appeared to be a shortage of waitstaff (people were not being seated in order to control how many tables were in use). I wanted something from their "Healthy" menu... More

Chili's usually is one of my favorite place to eat - NOT THIS ONE! We went for Father's Day, the resteraunt was half empty but there was still a 15 minute wait. We choose to eat at the bar, expecting them to be short staffed. However, there were four different waitress roaming around, but only one taking orders. We ordered... More

We do not usually frequent chain restaurants, but did go this time because our friends chose it. There is a wide selection of food on the menu. The place is pleasant enough and clean. It was not crowded or noisy because of the time of day that we went. (early afternoon) The wait staff was ok. I decided to get... More

this place is horrible, the only good thing is the bar. If you MUST eat here, I am sorry, but you are not going to have a great meal, just mediocre. the service is not bad, but the food is just bland, comes from a bag, and the chefs heat it up.

Worst "corporate" restaurant in Hemet, the best thing that could happen to this place would be an all-consuming conflagration in the middle of thi night. General Manager "Ton-a" has all of the managerial ethics of a prostitute on Palm Ave. She sacrifices the quality of the food service just to turn in a pretty balance sheet to the corporate office....
