Not your average hot dog stand!

Not your average hot dog stand! You name the sausage and they have it, plus burgers too. Quick, hot service, no frills, outdoor eating area. Great place to stop for a quick bite while in Healdsburg Center!

Context: dinner on a Tuesday night Atmosphere: kind of reminds me of a Caribbean bar with big cement tables, an open front, lots of windows, guitars in the walls and just this sense of light camaraderie. Outdoor and indoor seating, all communal. You order at the counter, there is a little bar to the left and to the right is... More

Went in for lunch. I ordered the smash burger with fries. The burger wasn't that good, and it was really messy. The fries were overcooked. Customer service was good though.

After a long day of wine tasting and activities in Sonoma, we were too tired to go pay top dollar for a sit down meal. All we wanted was to get some food and head back to our room. Normally, this wouldn't have even been on our radar, especially for dinner. But based on our needs that night, The Wurst... More

Four of us had lunch at this restaurant. Menu is extensive and hanging high on the wall beyond where you place your order. Has a tendency to make you rush if there are others behind you. Order took a long time to get. They came to our outdoor table two different times with wrong orders. Staff is friendly but not... More

Best sausage sandwiches I've eaten with lots of variety on tap for beer... and the beers are all delicious! Located downtown so it's convenient and fun to enjoy that simple lunch outside under the umbrella people watching. They have many homemade condiments to spread on your sandwich that are very good!

Went looking for a quick lunch in Healdsburg and found a gem in The Wurst. Given the restaurant name, we ordered up some wurst sausages. Servers were friendly, and patient with a first time customer. The dogs come with a couple toppings, I got hot and sweet peppers. They have a condiment bar with flavored mustards, catsups, relishes. Just stuck... More

Good sausage style sandwich and good onion rings. We also got the potato salad but very runny. We prefer a more solid potato salad to accompany a good full bodied sausage sandwich. This was a pretty a-typical type of sandwich. You are given a number when you order at the counter, then find a seat and your order is brought... More

What a comfortable casual spot near the square. I like to sit outside and people watch while visiting with friends as we try some of the wursts and brats, burgers, fries and sides. Oh yes, and a nice variety of beers. There is seating inside also. We had a group of 12 that came together after cycling. The staff was very... More

We were only in town one night, and didn't make reservations at one of the fancy places, just wanted a casual dinner. The Wurst restaurant was the best place for that - haha! Love the name. Easy in and out, and tasty meal. Have several unique bottled cola options. Plus it's dog friendly - several were on the patio. Great... More
