Fun, trendy spot. The food was great, spendy, but what isn't in wine country? The waiter was in high gear, attentive. Be aware that it is small, loud with background chatter, but that is part of the experience. We did have the unpleasant experience of sitting next to a group with one snob who was dissing Oregon and Blondes…jerk. But... More

One of our favorite Healdsburg restaurants -- a limited but excellent menu. Small, crowded, and very noisy -- felt like we were shouting at each other to be heard. Nonetheless, the food is so good that we keep going back. It doesn't matter what the special is, order it. Always great.

We ventured into this gem of a town to find a few tasty nuggets before we went to San Fran for the weekend only to find ourselves traveling all the way back up North for a taste of real food once again. The service was on point with knowledgeable staff both times we had the pleasure of dining. The food... More

Family dinner for 5 on a weekday, with high expectations. Surprised to learn dishes served "family style". 4 had the lamb/noodles special after salads. Salads were wonderful with a terrific light dressing. The special was just unimpressive in a number of ways. We did have Pliny the Elder, though. Server was attentive and had tons of positive personality and a... More

Dinner for two on a Friday night, had a little trouble finding the place as the signage is poor and it is very small. We had Nonna's Chicken and the Ravioli, both were excellent. The chicken lives up to the hype. Service was excellent. The one drawback was the dessert menu was small. We love dessert and none of the... More

We had a very good meal at Scopa. We ordered the steak for two which was delicious. Everyone enjoyed their meal and I would definitely return.

Dinner at Scopa for hubby's 72nd BDay. Service Excellent. Shared grilled romaine with great marinade and white anchovies, also shared Nona's chicken in a pot with polenta and spinach, Very good. Would recommend but weekends absolutely need reservation small with tables very close. Would recommend if two people ask for table against the wall, a bit more room and not... More

We were able to obtain an early reservation (6:30pm) and looked forward to a great meal in a local spot. We were not disappointed in the food. The specials were creative and well prepared. The meals were an "upscale" version of comfort food and were very enjoyable. With the exception of the disappointing service, the meal was a highlight of... More

Finally got into Scopa! it is a challenge to get a reservation at this small and charming restaurant. The menu is small - but varied enough - and the food was tasty for sure. The real charm of the place is the friendly and homestyle feel - not pretentious. All fresh product and the food is not too manipulated -... More

Don't miss up the chance to eat at Scopa- delicious food in a casual and relaxed setting. Everything we ate disappeared- meatballs, fresh burrata, homemade bread, pizza, frutti di mare, ravioli.... It was all so fresh and flavorful. Plan in advance and get a reservation here- you'll be glad you did!
