, Scopa serves fresh, imaginative food in a tight, lively space right on the town plaza. Service is warm and knowledgeable and there is reasonably priced wine (most Italian) --but food is definitely the star! My husband and I shared the appetizer meatballs ( to die for) and the freshest of heirloom tomato salads followed by two delicious pastas--ample portions... More

Great Italian food. I had the best ragu there I can ever remember having. We were lucky to get in. Even during the week, reservations may not be available until late, as the dining room is rather small. It is worth the wait, though. Excellent service. Despite being busy, there is never a feeling of being rushed.

The menu and staff at scopa are so amazing. Each plate is quite impressive in its own right, but the space.... they have none. Each table sits elbow to elbow with the table next to them. This is a popular spot, so noise and space would have already been an issue even if there was room to work with. Truly... More

The 16 ounce wild boar chop was the best pork I have ever tasted! it was accompanied with grilled radicchio and a bowl of little green beans (perhaps soybeans?) with tomatoes. My wife and I shared an appetizer of goat cheese stuffed figs--picked that morning from the chef's back yard. DK wines were featured and the winemaker himself was there... More

I had the Tomasso's Sugo Calabrese pasta and my wife had Nona's tomato braised Chicken and it smelled unbelievably good! Very small restaurant so make your reservation at least 2 weeks in advance. Food is incredible, but restaurant is a bit cramped. All in all worth the trip here.

Overall a very good dining experience. Good food, nice beer, and wince selection. Service was outstanding. Perhaps a little overpriced, but overall very nice dining experience.

Simply delicious! Always well prepared and the service is top notch. Reasonable corkage fees... This is a great place for a romantic meal. Deserts are delicious too. My favorite place on the Healdsburg Square.

Wonderful appetizers & entrees here. Great & friendly service. Prices are a little high, but apparently acceptable in touristy towns.

Small area that gets loud fast, no bread unless you order it, the appetizers and food are terrific! Waitstaff smiles and is knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Will definitely come again!
