After window shopping in the hot afternoon, I found a shaded, outside table with a nice breeze. I enjoyed a classic Caesar with the "house" white wine that turned out to be a good name - for $4.50 per glass! The roll I ordered was sliced and buttered - with extra on the side - yeah. My waitress was observant... More

We walked around Healdsburg looking for a place to have lunch and found Center Street Deli across the street from the park and sat outside. The deli has a old time atmosphere and they have a good variety of foods on their menu. The turkey sandwich I had was made with homemade turkey on sour dough bread. My wife had... More

We had breakfast at the Center Street Cafe and Deli. It was a Monday, so it was not busy. The service attentive and friendly. The food was excellent. I had a special chili pepper scramble and my wife had the homemade hash with eggs. A very nice way to start our day! We enjoyed the 50's movie eclectic atmosphere.

Located near the middle of the east side of the Plaza, look for the Checkerboard Storefront. 1940-50's decor and layout, Confusing reception area but alert staff will rescue you quickly; "...name, please". Moderate wait but worth-while on busy weekend mornings. Surprising menu, many favorites. Comfort Food and moderate prices. Healdsburg dates to Redwood Lumber days, spotty development with plenty of... More

Center Street Deli has easy street parking around the square, pleasant service, a full breakfast menu, and good food, Ambiance dated and could use a little brighter lighting. Will return.

Don't be "put off" by the exterior (which is rather unassuming). The interior is most interesting and reminds one of a large (very large) country kitchen. The food is very good and the staff go out of their way to be helpful. The corned beef hash and eggs are outstanding.

Tasty & delicious! We split a Thanksgiving sandwich that comes with homemade chips. More than enough for two. Our companion had the fresh mozzarella with pesto and kalamatra olives. Very good! Then we all had homemade gelato! Very nice, attentive staff. Would definitely go back and recommend.

Very nice selection of deli food - and served by a caring staff. Just heard about this place from friends, and it was worth the visit. Ample portions, good selections. Would go backagain!

Stopped in to get something to go and was very surprised at the quality of the food and the size of the portions. I have been told by several friends who live nearby that the food was great for quite a while now. I will be back for more!
