I eat at Shark shack at least twice a month. The food is made with fresh ingredients and the service is always very efficient My favorte sandwich is the mexican torta made with carne asada, white onions, tomatoes, jalapenos and avocados. It is a pleasure to eat authentic mexican food made by Mariano Orozco and his team.

Very tasty food served hot on hot plates! The wet burrito should fill you up, that is if you can eat it all! Very friendly place!

The Shark Shack is a very cute place, and when it first opened I really did like the food. My very last visit there was a cautionary tale. The waiter made it very clear he did not like the owners. If an employee is secretly waging battle with his boss or bosses it detracks from the atmosphere. JThough the food... More

The place is small and warm, owned by a couple, and the fresh fish tacos of all flavors are soooo good. Service is great, you are greeted like family. Ice cold beer and they also serve a Michelada served in a hugh frosted mug. Lupe will most likely wait on you, she is one of the owners. So nice and... More

My family and I look for different and interesting places to eat, we try not to eat at the corporate mills that just pump out cookie cutter meals. The Shark was REALLY GOOD. First I will tell you the not so great, the rice and beans are not the best, but that's where the not so great ends. The fish... More

We've been going to the Shark Shack for years and it consistently serves the best fish tacos(grilled, not breaded) we've had. They make other good Mexican dishes as well. My son loves their fajitas. The atmosphere is casual but cheerful and the owners and staff are warm and friendly and always give us great service. They are located on the... More

My husband had recently passed away, a neighbor & his girl friend wanted to take me to eat at this mexican restaurant to show their concern and love for my well being. He had stated the food was very good. I called up a friend after cleaning house & asked if she would like to take a break and have... More

Clean, comfortable atmosphere, and fantastic food. This is simply the best mexican food restaurant we have been to in the USA. Even better than the big chains you can find out there. The best environment, too. We are tired of those mexican restaurants with the loudest music combined with a noisy TV. This is actually a place where you can... More

This was our first visit to the Shark Shack. Small restaurant, very clean, simple but pleasant decorations and very good seafood. Attentive staff, and fair sized portions. The flavor of both dishes was really good, a litttle different than other Mexican places in the East Bay. Reasonable prices. We would certainly go back again the next time we are in... More

Excellent food, Comparable Wet burritos to Pepe's (The one I grew up with on Oliver not the new one on missio), God I really miss Pepe's. Just no shredded beef :( . If you like Fish tacos, This is the place to go.
