I live locally and practically grew up eating at Pizza Joynt. When the pizza was baked right, which was not all of the time, the crust was the best I've had. My guess is the owners saw the insurance check for the destroyed pipe organ equipment (the console was from the Fox Theater and dated to the 1920's) and decided... more

I LOVE THIS PLACE but there was a fire about 5 years ago and it closed I talk to so many people who miss the Ye Olde pizza joint... it was a hayward landmark. I wish the owners would see this and reopen... was the best Pizza in Hayward more

I miss this place. Too bad it's no more. There was a fire and the owner sold the place to someone else. I'm gonna miss the dinner show. A man would play the organ but not just any organ. The story about said organ will have to remain deep in mystery for you all. more
