Thai Kitchen is a great find. The food, staff, and owners are wonderful. Food is always made to order and very fresh.
We passed through the town on the way to Sequoia NP, and we needed a place to have quick dinner. We ordered our food spicy, and it was cooked to our satisfaction. We enjoyed the restaurant a lot.
We have been eating here for years. The chef is very consistent and always gives you his best. We love to start with stuffed chicken wings, they are stuffed with a sausage mixture that is sooo good! We also like the fresh spring rolls (not fried)- they have shrimp, lettuce, mint, etc & come with a peanut sauce for dipping.... More
this a family owned and run business that they brought from San Francisco several years ago. Tthe son who waits on us sees us come through the door and knows exactly what we want and how spicy. Because I love their Chicken Pad Thai I can't say much about the other dishes but am sure they are just as good.... More
Sadly, I have had better. For a small town like Hanford, I suppose it's better to have this restaurant than no Thai restaurant at all. Everything was so-so... nothing impressive by a stretch. I had the staples... green curry, Thai iced tea, and even mango sticky rice. I won't be back again.
Service was great, waitress was very pleasant and quick. The chicken satay itself was good, the peanut sauce not so good. The red curry was mediocre at best. I am from San Francisco, so am used to awesome Thai food. Maybe this was the problem, but the food was just "meh". Rice wasn't cooked enough. Thai iced tea was just... More
Returned again this Dec. (2013) from visit to NC-USA...the food is excellent, smiling wait service, clean and casual restaurant...a must if you want something diff. or just a good meal in Hanford.
My wife and I were in Hanford on business and decided to try Thai Kitchen. We were very impressed with the quality and freshness of the food. I have been to thailand and the food was authentic.
We went to this restaurant during the Labor Day weekend, we were seated right away. It wasn't busy. Great customer service. My only disappointment was the drinks. I did not like the Iced Tea. I ordered the Raspberry Ice Tea which looked exactly like the Mango one my friend ordered and tasted just about the same......bluh! I ended up asking... More
Loved eating here when I get a chance. The foods and services are great. Friendly people, a true Thai restaurant. Sometimes I asked for my dish to be made Laos style and he will do it. Give them a try!
