The location is right in the heart of town so-to-speak. It is a nice place. Any place that advertises Fish and Chips demands my review! :) So, I meet the hostest and ask, "Is your Fish and Chips breaded here or is it frozen." She has no clue. Turns out, she refers me to a waiter or cook. Because, I... More

We decided to stop here based on other TA reviews and it did not disappoint! Fresh, large portions for the prices, and waiter, John, could not have been more precise in cheerfully delivering a combination of food that avoided my allergies. Great meal, really nice experience.

We may have to go back before our trip is over for the crab cheese bread alone. We were a party of six for lunch - the fish tacos, the crab chioppino, and the fish & chips were the best.

Nice place with great sea food. I had the battered and fried Cod fish tacos, they were legit! My Girlfriend had the Fish n' Chips, also really, really good. Looking around, I didn't any plates with much left on them. Even the kids were eating everything on their plates, where do you see that anymore? If you're in Half Moon... More

Saw a review for the place in Coastal Living and it said it had a Blood Orange Margarita, had me hooked right there. We stopped for lunch, the fish tacos were delicious, the service was great Our server stopped and chatted about our trip and gave us a few pointers as to where to go next. Décor was local artists.... We wanted anything with crab on it/in it and this place delivered! The cheesy crabby bread is a must! I've been trying to find their recipe, but no luck yet! My husband had the crab melt and it was very good (had a better one in the airport in Seattle). I had the salmon burger which was so yummy! We... More

Been going to this place for 15+ years now, used to be a shack with plastic utensils and outdoor seating! They have moved a block away to a bigger brick and mortar place off the main street of the town near the intersection hwy 1 and 92. This is a usual stop for us when drving south of San Francisco... I have to say that overall I was disappointed in the lunch I had at the Flying Fish this afternoon. I was expecting flavorful local favorites but instead got mediocre fare. I decided to start with crab cake since these are a favorite of mine and I have tasted them all over the country. These were by far the least... More

Nice stop for lunch on our way from San Francisco to Carmel. Split a great seafood combination platter. Nice atmosphere for a low key place. Good, fast service. Reasonable prices.
