This is where all the locals go, and each time we're down in Carmel, we make sure to stop in for some beautifully prepared, Japanese-inspired, seafood. more

Very poor food. Only pigs can eat it I booked a halibut, but got a cat fish (I don't like when anybody cheat you...it is too badly) my friend after that food hade problem with stomach more

We happened along the Flying Fish Grill on our way from Monterey to San Francisco. It is next to a seafood and vegetable market. We went in not expecting much but noted that it was Zagat Rated for 2007. After experiencing the restaurant I understand why it was rated! It was so good ... and cheap eats. We stopped in... more

After too many over-priced meals on our trip to the Bay Area, this was a bargain. The chowder and seafood dinners were very tasty and fresh. We would definitely eat here again. more

I have been a resident of San Mateo County for 50 years and it took that long to find this cute little restaurant in Half Moon Bay - the Flying Fish Grill. I guess it's been there a long time but I've never noticed it (even though its painted yellow). Its on the corner of Main St. and Highway 92... more
