Two hour drive for a seafood restaaurant

My husband and I drove to Half Moon Bay for lunch and were looking for a place on the water. We somehow missed finding that, but stopped at the Flying Fish on the corner of Hwy 92 and Main Street. Parking was ample and one had their choice of the white tablecloth side or the bare table side. The... read more

Reputation outshines the reality. While the food was good it was not anything great. The server was friendly and attentive . They did allow me (a senior adult) to order off of the children's menu.

On a quick weekend trip out west I convinced a friend to try a place that she had not been to, this great restaurant. It not on any main drag so seek it out and enjoy. We started our Sat brunch with blood orange margaritas. Fresh and delicious. The artichoke soup was perfect, lovely artichoke flavor with a hint of... More

Everyone raved about the crabby-cheesy garlic bread....I was not that impressed. I wanted the clam chowder but they had run out. I ordered the artichoke soup instead and it was really yummy.

When the Flying Fish Grill was across the street with only a few little tables, it was THE spot for locals to go for the best fish tacos and other fish dishes. Now that it has moved into a larger and more inviting facility, more and more people are discovering what locals have known for years. The menu is not... More

Stopped for lunch before headed out of half moon bay. The cod fish tacos were the best we've ever had. The fish tasted fresh and the coating was crisp and flavorful. Will be stopping by in our next trip thru HMB

Lots of good food to pick from! Love the shrimp salad, fish tacos, and cheesy crab bread. They have a hot jalapeño margrita that my husband likes.

went there for Cioppino for lunch, but when I found out how large it was, decided on fish tacos instead. The tacos were great. I'll go back for the Cioppino another time for dinner

Worst ever for me. I got sick on the seafood. The rest of the family was ok though. I will NEVER go back to this dirty place.
