Excellent cuisine and Pam the owner is lovely :)

Having spent a few mths in Thailand and Thai being bevy popular in the UK I have fairly high expectations and the red curry chicken did not disappoint! Had a pleasant chat with the Thai owner Pam who was just lovely!

I say "puzzlingly" because I saw several bad reviews for this restaurant. I brought a group of eight of us there, and it was delightful. The food tasted excellent. They were very accommodating to prepare several gluten free dishes. The staff was friendly and attentive. We were there early (about 6pm) and it wasn't very crowded. We had a very... More

We came by here for a family lunch after a trip to the beach and definitely will not come back again. Pros: * The menu was reasonably extensive with authentic sounding dishes * Its a good convenient location near the freeway and beach Cons: * They must have tried to save money on hiring a waiter because the one we... One of my favorite treats is mee krob, but it is very hard to find as it is difficult to make. Sompeet (sorry for the lousy spelling) makes a great mee krob. I really enjoyed my pad kee mao also.

The food was terrible. It didn't taste like anything. I could have been eating plain boiled noodles and they would have had more taste. I'm amazed how they could possibly make a dish so flavorless. I'm completely stunned by these other reviews. These reviewers could not have ever eaten Thai in another restaurant ever before. This was by far the... More

After a nice afternoon on the beach with my dog in Half Moon Bay, I stopped at the pet store. I spotted White Elephant and was excited to have the chance to eat spring rolls and Thai soup for dinner -- my favorite. There were a couple families eating, but the place was fairly empty. I was greeted by an... More

This place is conveniently located in a small shopping center off Route 1. My wife and I had a hankering for thai food, and had lunch here. The glassy noodles were very good, though the thai iced tea was about average and the pad thai slightly disappointing. The place was dimly lit and had a dank feeling, though the service... More

Run across this Thai cuisine jewel while in Half Moon Bay. Its run by a small family that prides themselves in fresh ingredients on the menu. Every Item is freshly made. The sweet lady that seats you, takes your order and owns the restaurant makes you feel like family. We ordered the Spicy Calamari. It was Delish!!! We also ordered... More

I was in the mood for Thai food which I find myself in a lot and I saw this restaurant and decided to try it. I ordered the Panang curry with chicken and it was really excellent. I had jasmin rice with it but find myself annoyed when they charge for rice. After the meal I ordered the mango w/sticky... More

Small family owned Thai restaurant that serves freshly prepared and delicious food. Seafood soup and baby coconut filled with custard were standouts.
