One of the faithful fans of this deli conversion to a more interesting food and meeting spot. Fresh ingredients, good wine list, hip background music (live jazz on Thursday nights) and pretty interior make it a choice for friends when in the mood for a leisurely respite. As a local for the last seventeen years, I now visit Charizma at least twice a week. The restaurant is a great addition to this area. The lunch menu is mainly sandwiches (interesting combinations on very fresh artisan breads) plus a couple of salads, a meatless soup, and normally one hot entrée. I ordered breakfast, just scrambled eggs, with some potatoes, refried beans and a toast. They took more than an hour and a half to prepare the order.
