My food was exceptional! My husband's "good, but not over the top." We started with the Groveland salad, which was one of the best salads I have had, crisp, chilled lettuce, great dressing and enough for two, if having dinner. I am thinking of having a salad with an appetizer on another trip. I... read more

Great food and service. Nice outside dining. Selections and wine list top notch. I will definitely recommend.

Overall a less than pleasant experience. The food was decent but the service from start to finish was terrible. When we 1st arrived, there was no hostess to speak with. We attempted to get the attention of the waitress but she seemed annoyed at this. Not sure why? After finally being seated, the slow service continued all night. Which would... More

We were making a quick two day visit to Yosemite following a conference in the Bay area. One of the nights was my wife's birthday so I searched Trip Advisor and found The Cellar Door. While reviewing their website I noticed that they had a Tesla wall charger. Since we were making this trip in our Tesla Model S and... More

the breakfast was amazing, great french toast, eggs perfect, bacon perfect, nice coffee. The dinner was nice, we had salmon, but was a little too much oil on the plate under the potatoes and the salmon. The veggies were fresh and prepared well. The french onion soup was very nice.

To start with we noticed that the Martini special was a Key Lime Martini, I make these fairly frequently and they were as close as you can get to home made, kudos go out to Lesa. My choice was to go with two appetizers, P.I. Mussels and Wild Boar Meatballs, both really hit the spot. For my wife it was... More

Nice cozy restaurant, sophisticated menu, prices ok for this quality restaurant. I especially enjoyed the flight of 4 wines for $18, although I didn't love any of the wines themselves. Recommended.

Our first visit was a summer dinner late on the patio. We ended up waiting 2 entire hours from the time we ordered until the meal was served. Just before the food came out, I cancled mine because I don't like to eat a large meal so late at night. The rest of the family ate their meals which were... More

Extensive wine list, which was nice. The Linguine del Mar that I had was very good. However, my wife's chicken was undercooked(red still visible) and could only eat about 1/2 of it that was cooked. We told waitress and she said, but was it good? Should not of had to pay full price and we were certainly happy the next... More
