We walked in, nobody greeted us, just pushed past us. So we sat at the only clean table. We had to move as the servers kept bumping one of our party. Eventually the sour blonde headed one asked if we wanted "someit to drink?", we ordered the merlot, "Oh.". We later ordered dinner, my friends had the Beef Fajitas for... More

This isn't a fancy place, but clean and friendly. The food more than made up for the low-key atmosphere. Everything was delicious! Try one of the succulent pork dishes.

We live in the area, We deal with tourism retail and food prices. However as our only Mexican restaurant, the food prices is below the other competitive dining facilities. Daily lunch special is a best deal. It is the extension of my kitchen when I don't feel like cooking.

Very food especially the tiramisu cake. The staff and service is sensitive and excellent. From our conversation they picked up that it was our daughter's birthday and they brought in a complementary cake.

We were hungry and opted for take-away from this place. Worst mistake ever. We thought that, with all the people coming and leaving this had to be the best food around so we got a couple of meals to take away. I had two bites and passed the rest on to my husband who's not a fuzzy eater. He ate... More

This is a regular stop for us when we are in Groveland. There is nothing fancy about the place. I've tried many different items off their menu and the food is always good. Their mole sauce is especially good.

We had a very good dinner here last Friday night on our way to Yosemite. Cocina Michoacana appears to be a family-run restaurant, and since it was super busy when we came through, everybody was frantically pitching in to serve and feed the full house of diners, all of whom seem to have arrived in the same fifteen minute window....
