We invite you to step back in time to enjoy the charming atmosphere of this historical site and to partake in the English tradition of taking tea. Dori's Tea Cottage opened in May 2008 to continue this fine tea tradition and to expand on Dori's life-long love of tea. In 2012, Dori's expanded into the adjacent space that is now Dori's Cafe, which was Groveland's former U.S. Post Office. The Cafe features espresso, gelato, smoothies, fresh brewed iced teas, sandwiches, wraps, quiche, soup, salad and a variety of bakery items. We hope you enjoy your visit - whether you enjoy a quick breakfast, join us for our English tea luncheon, or "Build a Picnic" for your trip to Yosemite.

Check this place out !

We stopped in for lunch one day and tried the artichoke and sundried tomato quiche. I like quiche and this sounded interesting. It was AMAZING. The best quiche I have ever had. Cute little place with a lot of personality !

Simple and charming for a snack or for tea. They have excellent quality teas, individually brewed, loose leaf. Such a refreshing change from the usual stale iced tea served up in most cafes. The quiche I had was delicious, flaky crust, creamy filling, nicely seasoned. Be forewarned the internet can be spotty if you have need of it, but they... More

Enjoyed a great lunch salad and some of the best coffee I've ever had! They have a wonderful shaded patio. We came back in the early evening and enjoyed a glass of wine and a cheese plate.

Very hospital. Delicious food. Friendly and comfortable. Reasonably price, best in the area in my opinion I love the patio, eating under the lilac tree. Thank you for insisting we relax!

The Yosemite Info office at Chinese Camp recommended this place for a late lunch on our journey into YNP. Very friendly, lovely English style decor, cosy and great food. We had quiche with salad and fresh smoothies, all delicious.

A stop at Dori's is a real treat..always a pleasure for tea and now with even more deli/sandwich and other delectable choices. The fun setting and personable service make this a favorite stop for us whenever we are in Groveland.

We were just driving through Groveland on our way to Sonoma and had to stop at this cute little place. They offered a variety of fresh ice teas for us to try for free and had other samples out. We each had a glass of ice tea and something to eat. The cheese plate was amazing and came with fresh... More
