Great local beer

We ended up here on graduation weekend today for lunch after a movie. Very busy with grad families celebrating. We only waited 5 minutes which is exactly what the hostess estimated. While service was understandably slow our beer and food were good, the young lady that bussed our table was... read more

Accidentally ended up in the shopping center and decided to stop off for dinner. Seated quickly. Waiter was friendly and attentive. Food was served timely and was excellent. Pulled pork sandwich was top-notch, as were the duck fat fries. Other family members were equally impressed. Could not try the crafted beers due to driving, but will try next time in... More

Decent food, average service, average beer. The food is a step up from your normal pub fare, but it's at a premium price even at Santa Barbara prices. The beer is average, nothing really stands out. This was a favorite when I moved here a few years ago, but since then the prices have gone up while the quality has... More

Clean well lit large "pubbish" placeI picked to meet some friends . Turned out to be great choice, though I picked "blind". We enjoyed great service and we all loved our entrees from a large choice menu, def not usual pub grub calibre. Though we talked and visited a long time, we felt cheerfully welcomed the entire time. The fact... More

Even non-beer drinkers will dig this lively, casual place with really good food. The fish tacos never disappoint. Ask for some if the local green or red hot sauce to kick them up a notch, if you like spice. Soups, pizza, pot pie. There is something for everybody here. Including lots of TVs on the walls, playing various sporting events.

I took a client to this restaurant for lunch, and had a very pleasant dining experience here. It was a beautiful day and we sat outside on the patio. I had the Caesar salad to start and it was delicious and not too fishy tasting. I then had the vegetarian lasagna and it was absolutely terrific. The staff at this... More

A fiend of mine told me to make this a must stop since I like good IPAs. I did and tried some of their beers. Great staff and a growing brand name. Beers were fantastic. Try the Hippie Kicker. Bit stout but very good. The Pope was a bit tamer but good too. I took a growler of this back... More

My husband and our adult son came here to celebrate his birthday. We have been here before. It is a fun place to come to as it is an actual brewery with a large glass wall where you can view the steel brew tanks. It had been a warm autumn day and we chose to sit on the patio partly... More

I was warned about the food, but had to give it try. I should have listened. I came in on a Tuesday night, brewers choice night 2.50 pint. My beer it was good, real good. I had a Patterson Porter, a dark with a thick chocolate flavor . I loved it ! They have an 10 oz beer option, if... More
