Lively venue for good beer and inexpensive food

Its exuberant and loud and service is quick and helpful..Waiting for a table is to be expected. The food is varied from vietnamese pork sandwiches to chicken pot pie. All the dishes are agreeable with a somethiong for everyone menu.

I continue to migrate to this place even though I know the food is mediocre and over priced. When I first came here last year, the had the feel of a better place to sit and eat. Now, seems like more TV's and same stale menu. Had the feel of a sports bar on Sunday with folks cheering during the... More

Don't go for the food. Since the beginning the food has steadily gone from average to below average. The place is always busy so I'm gathering if you throw back a few before the food comes you don't notice how crappy it is. Very disappointing. Good thing they make good beer.

we go with friends when we want a good beer, want to catch a game, sit and chat at the bar with interesting people, feel like some warm, yummy seafood thai dish, fish tacos, meatloaf, great salads, vietnamese pork sandwich, good pot pie, flavorful pizza, we have never gone wrong! Come!

We visited on a Wednesday evening while traveling through the area. They have patio seating (overlooking the parking lot, nice area but not much of a view.) We opted to sit inside- mixed feelings overall- the food and cocktails were great. Our server on the other hand took about 10 minutes to acknowledge us sitting there- another server actually stopped... More

Great grilled burger and fries place. Burger came out medium rare fries piping hot. Excellent beer. Reasonably priced. Waiters friendly and helpful. Location in an unsightly strip mall, but nothing else around worthwhile going to. 5 pm on a Thursday night and the place was hopping.

Been to the Brewing Company several time and we have had pretty good luck. Their burgers are good but not worth leaving home for. Their Wedge Salad is HUGE and cover with crumbled bacon and a house made dressing. My favorite menu item is the Ploughman's lunch plate. I first ate a Ploughman's in Southampton, England. This plate is as... More

We come here for the beer and stay for the fish tacos! Hollister brews their own beers and always has at least 10 different types on tap. They are seasonal as well, and include brews such as IPAs, stouts, saisons, wheat lagers, sours, etc. Hollister is an excellent place to try new types of beer, and they have a few... More

Tasty beer but stay away from the pizzas. If you find a favorite beer here (Tiny Bubbles is mine) be aware that because they are brewing on site, that at times the flavor does change. If this is the case, let your server know and they will and have for me in the past, removed the beer from my bill... More

The Bud Light drinkers who have given this place a negative review don't know what the heck they're talking about. The beer and this place is absolutely fantastic. Hollister has a continually changing menu of outstanding beer. If you enjoy beer you absolutely cannot miss this place. Food is very good as well. Their regular menu is delicious and they... More
