Fresh & Healthy

The chef uses fresh local ingredients with fusion flavors in the dishes. The restaurant serves the plates family style.

A great place to have breakfast during your stay at Bacara. The Bistro on the resort offers a mediocre breakfast buffet, and I liked the breakfast options here much better. Try the egg white omelet and the Acai bowl, you won't regret it!

After enjoying spa treatments take a few steps and you are at the spa café. Delicious offerings and innovative cocktails. The best part is you don't have to get dressed to head over and enjoy. Perfect spot for after spa treatments!

The Spa Cafe is bright, airey and cheerful. Everything about it was excellent: the food, service and atmosphere. We had brunch so be sure to check times: one day we went back and they were closed.

delicious egg white omelet with kale, pesto, goat cheese and of course bacon. They tried to keep it health and I added the bacon! Terrific service and NYTimes and SAt. WSJ to complete the meal. I could not have asked for any more.

The atmosphere, food and service were excellent. When they found out it was our honeymoon, they brought us champagne to start with. The only criticism is that the white wine could have been better chilled. Otherwise, just great.

I went to lunch a few months ago, but wanted to share our experience. Luckily I was with someone that had been here before, I would have been lost. But once we got there the food was great, the service was great. Overall it was a lovely time. This is the restaurant that Chris turturo is the head chef (think... More

I had the Local Farmer's Market vegetable stir fry with shrimp. It was so delicious that I couldn't believe it was healthy! The next day, I had the buckwheat waffles and they were extraordinary!

The breakfasts are delicious and the setting is quiet. It is nice to sit outside, but on cold mornings the inside is comfy too.

Wonderful healthy options for adults and kids. Expensive but worth it. Good service from Salvatore. The egg white omelette was delicious and the granola was decadent. The ambience was relaxing.
